1.倒塔的風險

2.超重的風險
起吊超重首要有兩方麵危害,首先是形成電機過載,簡單燒壞電機;另一方麵,高速擋超載,簡單形成重物忽然下墜,若處理不當,會引發重大事故。我們知道:若低速檔超載,重物就吊不起來,電機悶車,嗡嗡叫,如不及時停車,就會燒電機;但(dan)關(guan)於(yu)高(gao)速(su)檔(dang)超(chao)載(zai),開(kai)始(shi)用(yong)低(di)速(su)檔(dang)和(he)中(zhong)速(su)檔(dang)都(dou)能(neng)吊(diao)起(qi)來(lai),吊(diao)到(dao)必(bi)定(ding)高(gao)度(du)後(hou),若(ruo)切(qie)人(ren)高(gao)速(su),由(you)於(yu)力(li)矩(ju)不(bu)行(xing)就(jiu)會(hui)回(hui)轉(zhuan)下(xia)墜(zhui),這(zhe)就(jiu)有(you)或(huo)許(xu)引(yin)發(fa)重(zhong)大(da)事(shi)故(gu)。所(suo)以(yi)超(chao)重(zhong)也(ye)是(shi)風(feng)險(xian)要(yao)素(su)。
3.衝頂的風險

4.超作業起伏

5.小車或吊鉤下墜風險
小車脫軌下墜或單邊下墜,都是很風險的事。首要由於單邊負載太重,引起斷軸或輪軸竄位。應引起重視,留意設法避免;吊鉤下墜首要由改換倍率時卡塊不到位而引起,相同應當設法避免。
6.小車向外溜車的風險
小車在重載下有往外溜車趨勢,這首要是臂架預留的上仰角不行;或者是變幅組織製動不靈;或者是牽引繩忽然斷裂。重載下向外溜車會大大增加起重力矩,有或許引發倒塔事故,所以也是一種事故隱患。
7.液壓頂升橫梁與爬爪搭接不到位,在頂升時有發生掉落的風險
