塔式起重機設備拆開的風險要素及其操控
修建商場的塔機選用固定式機型較多,而且安拆比較頻頻,在設備拆開進程中的風險源許多如根底、設備場所、大件吊裝等,在設備進程中的各個環節都要嚴厲依照操作規程操作。這兒著重談談塔機金屬結構銜接和頂升進程風險源的操控。
1.塔機的金屬結構銜接。

(1)tajiguihuashijunguizelegaoqiangduluoshuandeyujinliju,weilemanyiguihuayaoqiu,zaitajishebeiqian,youbiyaoquedinggaoqiangduluoshuanyujinlijuzhibingyunyongzhuanyongdelijubanshou。
(2)在設備前應清除墊圈、螺栓、螺母及絲扣上的汙物、鐵鏽,在螺母絲扣上均勻塗上少數的潤滑脂。不能運用杆部不直的螺栓及帶有鏽蝕損害和絲扣損害的墊片、螺栓、螺母。
(3)螺栓在穿入被緊固的結構前,各銜接件應清理於淨,不能敲打螺栓強行穿入。采取有用措施避免潮濕空氣、水等進入接頭,以確保銜接件為幹衝突和不鏽蝕。
(4)擰緊螺栓時應擰緊螺母,隻有在不得已的情況下才答應擰螺栓:同一部位應采取同規範的高強度螺栓,不能同其他規範的螺栓混合運用;不能用普通螺栓、螺母替代高強度螺栓和螺母用於銜接副;在我國修建機械與設備行業規範《高強度緊固件技能條件》中,要求定時檢查預緊力矩防鬆,在第一次設備後運用100h應遍及均勻地檢查擰緊,以後每作業500h均應檢查一次。特別是現已運用後拆下的高強度螺栓和螺母,一般不答應再使。
2.塔機的銷軸銜接

3.塔機的頂升進程。

(1)事(shi)先(xian)擬(ni)定(ding)可(ke)行(xing)的(de)頂(ding)升(sheng)方(fang)案(an),每(mei)次(ci)頂(ding)升(sheng)前(qian)應(ying)對(dui)設(she)備(bei)人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)能(neng)交(jiao)底(di),要(yao)求(qiu)設(she)備(bei)指(zhi)揮(hui)人(ren)員(yuan)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)把(ba)握(wo)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)技(ji)能(neng)文(wen)件(jian)和(he)頂(ding)升(sheng)環(huan)節(jie)中(zhong)的(de)安(an)全(quan)操(cao)控(kong)點(dian)。
(2)頂(ding)升(sheng)前(qian)的(de)檢(jian)查(zha)作(zuo)業(ye)。首(shou)要(yao)檢(jian)查(zha)頂(ding)升(sheng)液(ye)壓(ya)機(ji)組(zu)作(zuo)業(ye)情(qing)況(kuang),液(ye)壓(ya)管(guan)路(lu)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)充(chong)分(fen)排(pai)氣(qi),油(you)液(ye)堅(jian)持(chi)滿(man)足(zu),接(jie)頭(tou)銜(xian)接(jie)牢(lao)靠(kao)。進(jin)油(you)口(kou)和(he)出(chu)油(you)口(kou)不(bu)能(neng)接(jie)反(fan)。頂(ding)升(sheng)時(shi),液(ye)壓(ya)體(ti)係(xi)的(de)油(you)壓(ya)過(guo)高(gao),頂(ding)升(sheng)阻(zu)力(li)比(bi)規(gui)劃(hua)值(zhi)增(zeng)大(da)許(xu)多(duo),不(bu)僅(jin)容(rong)易(yi)損(sun)壞(huai)液(ye)壓(ya)體(ti)係(xi),而(er)且(qie)或(huo)許(xu)形(xing)成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)事(shi)端(duan)。發(fa)現(xian)油(you)壓(ya)升(sheng)高(gao)異(yi)常(chang)時(shi),當(dang)即(ji)停(ting)機(ji)檢(jian)查(zha),排(pai)除(chu)風(feng)險(xian)要(yao)素(su)後(hou)再(zai)繼(ji)續(xu)頂(ding)升(sheng);下降時,回油有必要通過平衡閥或液控單向閥來操控下降速度,以避免產生過大的震動,衝擊以及管路爆裂而自由下落;溢流閥的設定壓力要契合運用說明書的要求,太小則無法頂升,太大或許產生意外事端損害液壓體係。

(4)規範節有必要按規則將塔身與反轉下支座銜接好,不能依靠頂升套架承受載荷,避免套架委曲失穩;頂升橫梁、套架與塔身有必要牢靠,套架頂起後,塔頂與塔身隻靠較脆弱的套架銜接,不能半途中止設備,避免遇強風產生委曲失穩和折斷。
(5)dingshengjinchengyouzhuanrenfuzezhihui,zhuanrencaozuoyeyajizu,zhuanrenjinguxianjiejian。budezaiyejianjinxingdingsheng。yaoliuyidianlanfangsongchangdushifoumanyixuyao,liuyijianzhadianlanyidongyouwukazu。fengsuchaoyue5級(ji),不(bu)論(lun)風(feng)向(xiang)如(ru)何(he),一(yi)律(lv)阻(zu)止(zhi)頂(ding)升(sheng)。頂(ding)升(sheng)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)在(zai)頂(ding)升(sheng)進(jin)程(cheng)中(zhong)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)精(jing)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong),留(liu)意(yi)觀(guan)察(cha),如(ru)遇(yu)到(dao)卡(ka)阻(zu)或(huo)許(xu)其(qi)他(ta)毛(mao)病(bing),有(you)必(bi)要(yao)中(zhong)止(zhi)檢(jian)查(zha),直(zhi)到(dao)毛(mao)病(bing)排(pai)除(chu)。
(6)頂升完畢後,檢查和緊固塔身規範節的螺栓銜接或銷銜接;重新調整頂升套架導軌間隙,使導輪與塔架主弦杆徹底脫離接觸;檢查液壓機組操作柄是否撥回零位;切斷液壓頂升機組的電源並改好防雨罩。
tajideshebeichaikaishishiduandeduofajieduan。yinanchaibutuoeryinqideshiduanzhanyouhendadebizhong。zaimougaosugonglujianshegongchengzhongjiuchanshengguoyitongzaidingshengjinchengzhonggundongtajishangbujiegouerxingchengtajiqingfudezhongdashiduan。dangshigongdixianchangdeyitaiQTZ63型塔式起重機進行塔身頂升作業,當頂升接高第3節(jie)規(gui)範(fan)節(jie)的(de)進(jin)程(cheng)中(zhong),液(ye)壓(ya)頂(ding)升(sheng)體(ti)係(xi)呈(cheng)現(xian)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)毛(mao)病(bing),作(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)在(zai)風(feng)險(xian)工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)滾(gun)動(dong)大(da)臂(bi)去(qu)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)另(ling)一(yi)台(tai)預(yu)備(bei)替(ti)換(huan)的(de)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)整(zheng)機(ji)傾(qing)倒(dao),導(dao)致(zhi)機(ji)毀(hui)人(ren)亡(wang)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)事(shi)端(duan)。首(shou)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)塔(ta)身(shen)頂(ding)升(sheng)操(cao)作(zuo)辦(ban)法(fa)不(bu)妥(tuo)、對頂升體係呈現毛病時處理辦法過錯、倒(dao)塔(ta)時(shi)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou)滾(gun)動(dong)後(hou)而(er)不(bu)在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)頂(ding)升(sheng)工(gong)況(kuang)方(fang)位(wei)等(deng)幾(ji)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian)。所(suo)以(yi)安(an)拆(chai)時(shi)必(bi)定(ding)要(yao)嚴(yan)厲(li)依(yi)照(zhao)技(ji)能(neng)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)進(jin)行(xing)作(zuo)業(ye),決(jue)不(bu)能(neng)隨(sui)意(yi)改(gai)動(dong)或(huo)隨(sui)便(bian)采(cai)取(qu)臨(lin)時(shi)措(cuo)施(shi)進(jin)行(xing)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)。而(er)且(qie)塔(ta)機(ji)安(an)拆(chai)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)要(yao)具(ju)有(you)資(zi)質(zhi)的(de)安(an)拆(chai)單(dan)位(wei)進(jin)行(xing)作(zuo)業(ye),一(yi)起(qi)要(yao)在(zai)資(zi)質(zhi)規(gui)則(ze)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)從(cong)事(shi)設(she)備(bei)拆(chai)開(kai)。安(an)拆(chai)人(ren)員(yuan)要(yao)通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)業(ye)務(wu)訓(xun)練(lian),有(you)必(bi)定(ding)的(de)安(an)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)經(jing)曆(li)並(bing)持(chi)證(zheng)上(shang)崗(gang),一(yi)起(qi)要(yao)各(ge)工(gong)種(zhong)人(ren)員(yuan)完(wan)全(quan),崗(gang)位(wei)明(ming)確(que),各(ge)司(si)其(qi)職(zhi),聽(ting)從(cong)統(tong)一(yi)指(zhi)揮(hui),拆(chai)裝(zhuang)要(yao)擬(ni)定(ding)專(zhuan)項(xiang)的(de)安(an)拆(chai)方(fang)案(an),組(zu)織(zhi)專(zhuan)人(ren)指(zhi)揮(hui),嚴(yan)厲(li)依(yi)照(zhao)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)程(cheng)序(xu)和(he)說(shuo)明(ming)書(shu)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)進(jin)行(xing)作(zuo)業(ye)。當(dang)遇(yu)風(feng)力(li)超(chao)越(yue)4級時要中止拆裝.風力超越6級時塔機要中止起重作業。特殊情況確實需要在夜間作業的,要有滿足的照明並必定要按相關安拆的作業程序和留意事項進行。
