1電梯限速器安全鉗聯動組織原理

安全鉗與限速器經過聯合動作起效果,其聯動原理如圖l所示。限速器反映了電梯轎廂或對重的實際運轉速度,當電梯的運轉速度到達或超過設定的極限值(即限速器動作速度,一般為額外速度的115%以上)時(shi),限(xian)速(su)器(qi)製(zhi)動(dong)而(er)中(zhong)止(zhi)滾(gun)動(dong),切(qie)斷(duan)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)路(lu),並(bing)借(jie)助(zhu)繩(sheng)輪(lun)中(zhong)的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)或(huo)夾(jia)繩(sheng)組(zu)織(zhi)提(ti)拉(la)起(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)轎(jiao)廂(xiang)梁(liang)上(shang)的(de)連(lian)杆(gan)組(zu)織(zhi),迫(po)使(shi)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)動(dong)作(zuo),使(shi)轎(jiao)廂(xiang)強(qiang)行(xing)製(zhi)停(ting)在(zai)導(dao)軌(gui)上(shang)。
2安全鉗的種類與結構
電梯安全鉗依據其工作原理可分為二種類型:瞬時型(結構如圖2、圖3所示)、漸進型(結構如圖4、圖5所示)。

(1)瞬時型安全鉗結構製動元件是剛性的,其製動力是使用自鎖夾緊原理,依據夾緊元件不同常見的有楔型、滾子型這二種,一旦夾緊元件與導軌觸摸,就不需任何外力而依托自鎖夾緊效果夾緊導軌,製動力很大,能使轎廂當即中止,轎廂製停過程中轎廂的動能和勢能主要由安全鉗的鉗體變形和揉捏導軌所消耗。其中楔型式安全鉗80%的能量由安全鉗的鉗體變形吸收,滾子型安全鉗近80%的能量由揉捏導軌吸收。因為製停時發生較大的減速度,依據《電梯製造與安裝安全規範》[1]中規定,瞬時型安全鉗隻能用於時速小於0.63m/s以下的電梯。
(2)漸進型安全鉗製動元件是經過某些部件效果能夠使製動力受控而不至於發生的減速度過大,現在最常用的漸進型安全鉗是恒製動力型安全鉗,常見的有楔塊型(結構如圖4)、滾子型(結構如圖5)這(zhe)二(er)種(zhong),其(qi)原(yuan)理(li)與(yu)瞬(shun)時(shi)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)不(bu)同(tong)之(zhi)處(chu)在(zai)於(yu)夾(jia)緊(jin)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)點(dian)不(bu)同(tong)瞬(shun)時(shi)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)的(de)夾(jia)緊(jin)元(yuan)件(jian)支(zhi)承(cheng)在(zai)鋼(gang)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)上(shang)的(de),而(er)漸(jian)進(jin)型(xing)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)的(de)夾(jia)緊(jin)元(yuan)件(jian)支(zhi)承(cheng)在(zai)彈(dan)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)上(shang)的(de),其(qi)夾(jia)緊(jin)力(li)是(shi)在(zai)製(zhi)動(dong)元(yuan)件(jian)鎖(suo)身(shen)後(hou),由(you)彈(dan)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)彈(dan)力(li)決(jue)定(ding)的(de),其(qi)彈(dan)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壓(ya)緊(jin)力(li)是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding),由(you)此(ci)發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)也(ye)是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding)的(de),因(yin)而(er)其(qi)製(zhi)停(ting)減(jian)速(su)度(du)是(shi)不(bu)變(bian)的(de)。若(ruo)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi),然(ran)後(hou)也(ye)能(neng)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)維(wei)護(hu)人(ren)身(shen)與(yu)電(dian)梯(ti)設(she)備(bei)的(de)安(an)全(quan)。漸(jian)進(jin)型(xing)安(an)全(quan)鉗(qian)可(ke)用(yong)在(zai)所(suo)有(you)電(dian)梯(ti)中(zhong)。

3安全鉗動作的條件剖析(以楔塊型安全鉗為例)
3.1安全鉗楔塊受力剖析

3.2限速器動作的狀況下,鉗塊的受力分為兩個階段:
