對於負載幾乎恒定不變的電機,過流保護是沒有必要的。但起重機電機負載經常變化,發生過載、堵(du)轉(zhuan)的(de)可(ke)能(neng)性(xing)大(da),以(yi)至(zhi)燒(shao)毀(hui)電(dian)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)。對(dui)於(yu)這(zhe)樣(yang)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)必(bi)須(xu)加(jia)裝(zhuang)過(guo)流(liu)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。三(san)相(xiang)異(yi)步(bu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)雖(sui)有(you)較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)過(guo)載(zai)能(neng)力(li),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)負(fu)載(zai)變(bian)化(hua)大(da),對(dui)電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)載(zai)實(shi)行(xing)反(fan)時(shi)限(xian)特(te)性(xing)保(bao)護(hu)是(shi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de),也(ye)是(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)相(xiang)關(guan)標(biao)準(zhun)所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)。
在2002版起重機檢規中規定:起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)上(shang)的(de)每(mei)個(ge)機(ji)構(gou)均(jun)應(ying)單(dan)獨(du)設(she)置(zhi)過(guo)流(liu)保(bao)護(hu)。交(jiao)流(liu)繞(rao)線(xian)式(shi)異(yi)步(bu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)過(guo)電(dian)流(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)。籠(long)型(xing)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)可(ke)用(yong)熱(re)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)或(huo)帶(dai)熱(re)脫(tuo)扣(kou)器(qi)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)做(zuo)過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)。
3短路保護-電動機短路一般指的是定子線圈匝間短路、jixiangzujianduanluhexiangjianduanlu,duanluweijiabaohudejieguoshishaohuaiduanlu。duiqizhongjilaishuo,yinqizhidongqitongdiandakai,erdiandongjibugongzuodeshisushigu。duanlubaohushiliyongduanlushichanshengdianliuhendadeyuanli,kecaiyongrongduanqibaohuhechangyanshihuoshunshishiduanluqilaibaohu。
rongduanqideyuanlishiliyongdianliuliujingdaotihuishidaotifare,dadaodaotiderongdianhoudaotironghuasuoyiduankaidianlubaohuyongdianqihexianlububeishaohuai。yidanrongtishaohuijiuyaogenghuanrongti。duanluqiyekeyishixianxianludeduanluheguozaibaohu,buguoyuanlibuyiyang,tashitongguodianliudicixiaoying(電磁脫扣器)實現斷路保護,通過電流的熱效應實現過載保護(不是熔斷,多不用更換器件)。熔rong斷duan器qi的de熔rong斷duan是shi電dian流liu和he時shi間jian共gong同tong作zuo用yong的de結jie果guo,而er斷duan路lu器qi,隻zhi要yao電dian流liu一yi過guo其qi設she定ding值zhi就jiu會hui跳tiao閘zha,時shi間jian作zuo用yong幾ji乎hu可ke以yi不bu用yong考kao慮lv。斷duan路lu器qi是shi現xian在zai低di壓ya配pei電dian常chang用yong的de元yuan件jian。
兩liang者zhe的de不bu同tong是shi選xuan擇ze斷duan路lu器qi時shi應ying考kao慮lv其qi極ji限xian短duan路lu通tong斷duan能neng力li。當dang短duan路lu電dian流liu大da於yu斷duan路lu器qi極ji限xian短duan路lu能neng力li時shi,斷duan路lu器qi觸chu頭tou會hui發fa生sheng粘zhan連lian的de情qing況kuang,比bi較jiao危wei險xian。
在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)相(xiang)應(ying)安(an)全(quan)技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)範(fan)和(he)標(biao)準(zhun)中(zhong)沒(mei)有(you)對(dui)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)強(qiang)製(zhi)性(xing)規(gui)定(ding),隻(zhi)是(shi)規(gui)定(ding)在(zai)其(qi)電(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)使(shi)閑(xian)與(yu)坩(gan)爐(lu)必(bi)須(xu)設(she)置(zhi)一(yi)級(ji)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu),以(yi)對(dui)整(zheng)個(ge)電(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)。
實際使用中,在工作級別較高的大、小車運行機構(一般運行速度較大),出現電機燒壞(短路、過載、過熱後絕緣下降)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)斷(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)不(bu)少(shao),如(ru)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)應(ying)可(ke)能(neng)設(she)置(zhi)。而(er)起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)由(you)於(yu)速(su)度(du)較(jiao)小(xiao),操(cao)作(zuo)中(zhong)用(yong)倒(dao)檔(dang)減(jian)速(su)製(zhi)動(dong)的(de)工(gong)況(kuang)少(shao),電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)斷(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)少(shao),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)其(qi)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)危(wei)險(xian)性(xing)大(da),*後一級短路保護盡可能照保護電動機的要求設置。
4超速保護檢規規定用於吊運熔融金屬的橋式起重機主起升機構,以及采用可控矽定子調壓、渦流製動、能耗製動、可控矽供電、直流機組供電調速及其他由於調速造成超速的門座起重機的起升機構和變幅機構、qiaoshiqizhongjizhuqishengjigou,yingshezhichaosubaohu。zhuyaoshiweilezaizhongyaojigoufashengshisuqingkuangxianengtingzhidiandongjideyunzhuanbingqiezhidongqishangzha。chaosubaohuxingshiyoucesufadianji、磁電、光電編碼器、離心機械式超速開關、tiaosudianliushezhiqiandianliubaohujidianqidengjizhong,yibanshezhizaidianjifengshanweibu。duiyushezhianquanzhidongqide,chaosukaiguannengchufazhichizhidongqiheanquanzhidongqidongzuo。youyuchaosubaohuzhuangzhideshezhiweizhiyijishezhifangshi,zaiwanchenganzhuangdeqizhongjishangshihennanjianceqiyouxiaoxingde,guzaichuchangtiaoshishi,qizhongjizhizaochangjiayingyangekongzhiqidongzuodeyouxiaoxinghezhunquexing。
5主電源斷、錯cuo相xiang保bao護hu首shou先xian,繼ji電dian接jie觸chu器qi控kong製zhi的de起qi重zhong機ji當dang電dian源yuan相xiang序xu改gai變bian時shi,電dian動dong機ji的de運yun轉zhuan方fang向xiang也ye隨sui之zhi改gai變bian,易yi發fa生sheng電dian動dong機ji帶dai動dong的de機ji械xie越yue位wei事shi故gu,因yin而er設she置zhi錯cuo相xiang保bao護hu。其qi次ci,斷duan相xiang保bao護hu是shi對dui電dian動dong機ji進jin行xing保bao護hu,主zhu電dian源yuan斷duan相xiang未wei加jia保bao護hu引yin起qi電dian流liu過guo大da,出chu現xian燒shao壞huai電dian動dong機ji的de故gu障zhang,所suo以yi也ye必bi須xu設she置zhi斷duan錯cuo相xiang保bao護hu。
6正(zheng)反(fan)相(xiang)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)護(hu)用(yong)於(yu)吊(diao)運(yun)熔(rong)融(rong)金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)橋(qiao)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)起(qi)升(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)正(zheng)反(fan)相(xiang)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)護(hu)從(cong)根(gen)本(ben)上(shang)來(lai)說(shuo)也(ye)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)防(fang)止(zhi)電(dian)氣(qi)係(xi)統(tong)出(chu)現(xian)誤(wu)動(dong)作(zuo),因(yin)動(dong)作(zuo)機(ji)構(gou)動(dong)力(li)元(yuan)件(jian)是(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)是(shi)對(dui)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)元(yuan)件(jian)(接觸器)故障的一種保護。
吊運熔融金屬的橋式起重機起升機構的正反相接觸器故障保護,是為了防止電動機失電而製動器仍然在通電導致失速發生。
-2010第8.6條強製性條文規定:起升機構電動機應設置定子異常失電保護功能。當調速裝置或正反接觸器故障導致電動機失控時,製動器應立刻上閘。筆者認為是把375號文和TSGQ0002-2008起重機械安全技術監察規程-橋式起重機中關於吊運熔融金屬的橋式起重機起升機構的正反相接觸器故障保護延伸到了所有起升機構,提出了更高的安全要求。
上shang述shu幾ji種zhong保bao護hu裝zhuang置zhi同tong時shi設she置zhi時shi,為wei確que保bao異yi步bu電dian動dong機ji的de正zheng常chang運yun行xing及ji對dui其qi進jin行xing有you效xiao的de保bao護hu,必bi須xu考kao慮lv異yi步bu電dian動dong機ji與yu保bao護hu裝zhuang置zhi之zhi間jian的de協xie調tiao配pei合he。特te別bie是shi大da容rong量liang電dian網wang中zhong使shi用yong小xiao容rong量liang異yi步bu電dian動dong機ji時shi,保bao護hu的de協xie調tiao配pei合he更geng為wei突tu出chu。主zhu要yao在zai以yi下xia兩liang種zhong:過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)與(yu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)協(xie)調(tiao)配(pei)合(he)過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)應(ying)比(bi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)起(qi)動(dong)時(shi)間(jian)略(lve)長(chang)一(yi)點(dian)。電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)特(te)性(xing)隻(zhi)有(you)躲(duo)開(kai)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)起(qi)動(dong)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)特(te)性(xing),才(cai)能(neng)確(que)保(bao)其(qi)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)轉(zhuan);但其動作時間又不能太長,其特性隻能在電動機熱特性之下才能起到過載保護作用。

過載保護裝置的動作時間應比導線熱特性小一點,才能起到供電線路後備保護的功能。
guozaibaohuzhuangzhiyuduanlubaohuzhuangzhidexietiaopeihe。yibanguozaibaohuzhuangzhibujuyoufenduanduanludianliudenengli。yidanzaiyunxingzhongfashengduanlu,xuyaoyouchuanlianzaizhudianluzhongdeduanlubaohuzhuangzhi(如斷路器或熔斷器等)來切斷電路。若故障電流較小,屬於過載範圍,則仍應由過載保護裝置切斷電路。故兩者的動作之間應有選擇性。
