原電纜卷線器電機經常損壞,電纜線經常被拽斷,年故障率要達到4%為此而造成了很大的經濟損失,僅一台門座式起重機一年更換電纜的費用就高達4萬(wan)元(yuan)由(you)於(yu)電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)經(jing)常(chang)被(bei)拽(zhuai)斷(duan),門(men)座(zuo)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)必(bi)須(xu)停(ting)台(tai)搶(qiang)修(xiu),為(wei)此(ci)也(ye)給(gei)造(zao)船(chuan)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)帶(dai)來(lai)了(le)很(hen)大(da)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),使(shi)船(chuan)台(tai)的(de)建(jian)造(zao)周(zhou)期(qi)延(yan)長(chang),年(nian)建(jian)造(zao)噸(dun)位(wei)減(jian)少(shao)。因(yin)為(wei)門(men)座(zuo)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)是(shi)船(chuan)台(tai)上(shang)造(zao)船(chuan)的(de)命(ming)脈(mai),門(men)座(zuo)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)行(xing),就(jiu)等(deng)於(yu)船(chuan)台(tai)上(shang)的(de)分(fen)段(duan)組(zu)裝(zhuang)焊(han)接(jie)停(ting)工(gong),使(shi)造(zao)船(chuan)的(de)整(zheng)個(ge)製(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)序(xu)受(shou)阻(zu)因(yin)此(ci)保(bao)障(zhang)門(men)座(zuo)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行(xing),是(shi)直(zhi)接(jie)關(guan)係(xi)造(zao)船(chuan)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)問(wen)題(ti)經(jing)過(guo)改(gai)裝(zhuang)後(hou)的(de)門(men)座(zuo)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),工(gong)作(zuo)性(xing)能(neng)良(liang)好(hao),沒(mei)有(you)出(chu)現(xian)拽(zhuai)斷(duan)電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)場(chang)是(shi)造(zao)優(you)質(zhi)船(chuan)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)質(zhi)量(liang)保(bao)障(zhang)措(cuo)施(shi)而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)工(gong)參(can)與(yu)多(duo)個(ge)船(chuan)廠(chang)塗(tu)裝(zhuang)工(gong)場(chang)的(de)設(she)計(ji)、現場安裝調試工作場建設質量的因素甚多,本文僅是根據筆者幾年來的實踐、體會,總結的幾點看法,謹供同行。
