輔助機構由安裝在吊梁扁擔兩端的拉索收放卷揚機、托梁收放卷揚機、拉索、平衡梁、滑輪架,以及安裝在混凝土梁體下方的托梁和安裝在船兩側的托梁安裝架、安裝架收放卷揚機等組成。取梁將預製好的混凝土梁移運至呈/F0形(xing)的(de)棧(zhan)橋(qiao)碼(ma)頭(tou)的(de)橫(heng)檔(dang)處(chu),起(qi)重(zhong)船(chuan)船(chuan)頭(tou)對(dui)準(zhun)梁(liang)體(ti)中(zhong)心(xin)緩(huan)慢(man)駛(shi)入(ru)棧(zhan)橋(qiao),並(bing)使(shi)吊(diao)梁(liang)扁(bian)擔(dan)處(chu)於(yu)梁(liang)體(ti)的(de)正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang),將(jiang)吊(diao)梁(liang)扁(bian)擔(dan)下(xia)放(fang)至(zhi)接(jie)近(jin)梁(liang)頂(ding)麵(mian)處(chu),使(shi)用(yong)船(chuan)上(shang)的(de)吊(diao)梁(liang)輔(fu)助(zhu)設(she)備(bei)將(jiang)承(cheng)托(tuo)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)梁(liang)體(ti)的(de)托(tuo)梁(liang)安(an)放(fang)於(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)梁(liang)體(ti)的(de)吊(diao)點(dian)下(xia)方(fang),用(yong)8根鋼拉索從吊梁扁擔處穿過混凝土梁體的預留孔與托梁聯成一體,使起重機構的4組雙聯卷揚機同步起升,通過動、dinghualunzujigangsishengxitongjiangdiaoliangbiandanheliangtiyitongtiqi,zhenggeqishengzhongliangyouqizhongjiaxiabujiegoutongguolianjieqiaodaoruchuantijiegou。diaoqiliangtihou,qizhongchuanxianghoutuichuzhanqiaomatoudehengdangchu。
起重船吊梁扁擔為桁架式結構,重380,t由2片主桁與聯結係構成,,吊梁扁擔能適應架設預應力混凝土梁的需要,吊梁扁擔上的動滑輪組的間距為19m,與起重架頂部的定滑輪組相對應,吊梁扁擔與混凝土梁的4個聯接點設於扁擔的兩端。綁紮托架為保證起重船載運梁體航行時的安全和平穩,在起重船甲板麵上設置了2個能將梁體穩妥地固定在起重船船體上的綁紮托架,2個綁紮托架安裝在被起吊梁體的下方、雙體船兩片體外側。根據航行工況、liangtishoulizhuangtaitiaozhengbangzhatuojiazhichengyougangdeyouya,keshibangzhatuojiayuqizhongjigongtongzhichengliangtihediaoliangbiandandezhongliang。bangzhatuojiasuofendandezhongliangkeweihengdingzhi,buhuiyinqizhonggangshengdanxingshenchanghechuanbohangxingdianboerfashengbianhua。fuzhujigouweifangbiandiaoliangbiandanyuliangtidelianjieheliangtizaianfangdaoqiaodunhoudejiechulianjie,xushejizhuanyongdefuzhujigoulaiwanchengzhuyaodongzuo。
