二、變頻調速技術在輸油泵機組中的應用
變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)輸(shu)油(you)泵(beng)機(ji)組(zu)中(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用(yong),是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)頻(pin)率(lv)進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)變(bian),從(cong)而(er)實(shi)現(xian)改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)組(zu)轉(zhuan)速(su)的(de)一(yi)項(xiang)節(jie)能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)。其(qi)具(ju)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾(ji)個(ge)特(te)點(dian)。
1.當dang變bian頻pin器qi連lian接jie到dao輸shu油you泵beng機ji組zu後hou,電dian動dong機ji的de動dong力li會hui與yu轉zhuan速su的de三san次ci方fang形xing成cheng正zheng比bi關guan係xi,如ru果guo將jiang電dian機ji的de轉zhuan速su降jiang低di,則ze其qi耗hao電dian量liang將jiang以yi三san次ci方fang的de關guan係xi發fa生sheng減jian少shao。假jia設she當dang泵beng機ji的de轉zhuan速su下xia降jiang為wei20%時,那麼,節能即為( 1- 20%)3=51.2 % ,可ke以yi節jie能neng一yi般ban以yi上shang。所suo以yi,如ru果guo在zai輸shu油you機ji組zu的de運yun行xing轉zhuan速su不bu需xu要yao一yi定ding為wei額e定ding轉zhuan速su時shi,就jiu可ke以yi通tong過guo使shi用yong變bian頻pin調tiao速su技ji術shu實shi現xian對dui電dian能neng的de節jie省sheng。通tong過guo采cai用yong這zhe項xiang技ji術shu,還hai可ke以yi有you效xiao減jian少shao水shui擊ji壓ya力li,可ke以yi對dui輸shu油you管guan線xian內nei壓ya力li狀zhuang況kuang進jin行xing隨sui機ji控kong製zhi,起qi到dao延yan長chang管guan線xian設she備bei使shi用yong壽shou命ming的de作zuo用yong。
2.當變頻器處於低頻時,電動機則會產生比較高的啟動轉矩,其啟動轉矩最高時可以達到額定啟動轉矩的150%,而其啟動電流則是額定電流的1~ 1.2 倍,而使用普通的交流電機所需要的啟動電流是額定電流的4~7倍,相比較而言,變頻調速對電網的衝擊會小得多。同樣,該技術的啟動損耗是直接啟動時損耗的1%,不會使電動機組發生過熱現象。此外,使用該技術,可以有效降低電機的製動損耗。

三、變頻調速技術效果分析
在采油廠的聯合站和中轉站的輸油泵上安裝變頻調速裝置,通過對安裝前後的測試數據進行分析和對比,可知:在安裝變頻器前,泵的出口壓力為1.16MPa,管線的壓力為0.74MPa,可以看出,其處於節流狀態。其管網效率為 63.2%,輸液用電單耗為0.428kW·h/m3,係統效率為41.8%。而在安裝了變頻器後,泵的出口壓力為0.51MPa,管線壓力為0.45MPa,看不出有節流現場存在。管網效率為0.193 kW·h/m3,輸液用電單耗降低了0.224kW/h,係統的效率為58.5%,提高了16.7%。tongguoshujuduibi,keyifaxianzaicaiyonglebianpintiaosujishuhou,shebeiyunxingdegongkuangdedaolefeichangmingxiandegaishan。danshi,shangshuceshiqingkuangbingbudaibiaosuoyoudeshuyoubengzaianzhuanglebianpinqihoudouhuichanshengxiangtongdejienengxiaoguo,qijienengxiaoguoyubengdefuhelvcunzaiguanxi,ji,dangfuhelvjiaodi、波動較大時,其節能效果比較好。

四、使用變頻調速技術應注意的問題
