1.直觀檢查法
對於一些較為簡單的故障,可以通過眼看、手模、耳聽和嗅聞等手段對零部件進行檢查。
例如,通過視覺檢查能發現諸如破裂、漏油、鬆脫和變形等故障想象,從而可及時地維修或更換配件;用手握住油管(特別是膠管),當(dang)有(you)壓(ya)力(li)油(you)流(liu)過(guo)時(shi)會(hui)有(you)振(zhen)動(dong)地(di)感(gan)覺(jiao),而(er)無(wu)油(you)液(ye)流(liu)過(guo)或(huo)壓(ya)力(li)過(guo)低(di)時(shi)則(ze)沒(mei)有(you)這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)。另(ling)外(wai),手(shou)摸(mo)還(hai)可(ke)用(yong)於(yu)判(pan)斷(duan)帶(dai)有(you)機(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)地(di)液(ye)壓(ya)元(yuan)件(jian)潤(run)滑(hua)情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)否(fou)良(liang)好(hao),用(yong)手(shou)感(gan)覺(jiao)一(yi)下(xia)元(yuan)件(jian)殼(ke)體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)地(di)變(bian)化(hua),若(ruo)元(yuan)件(jian)殼(ke)體(ti)過(guo)熱(re),則(ze)說(shuo)明(ming)潤(run)滑(hua)不(bu)良(liang);耳聽可以判斷機械零部件損壞造成的故障點和損壞程度,如液壓泵吸空、溢流閥開啟、元件發卡等故障都會發出如水的衝擊聲或“水錘聲”等異常響聲;有些部件會由於過熱、潤滑不良和氣蝕等原因而發出異味,通過嗅聞可以判斷出故障點。
2.對換診斷法

3.儀表測量檢查法
