從全球資源散布狀況看,現在適於地熱發電的高溫資源散布多與風力、太陽能資源散布呈區域疊加態勢,為其在工業化、現代化環境下的工業化協同提供了可貴的條件。我國也是地熱資源大國,據現在的勘查,高溫地熱資源首要會集在滇藏、四川和京津冀等地,這些區域恰恰也是風力、太陽能和水力資源富集區。現在在上述區域的可再生動力工業建造正在進一步加速推進,碳達峰、碳(tan)中(zhong)和(he)方(fang)針(zhen)的(de)提(ti)出(chu)更(geng)是(shi)成(cheng)為(wei)區(qu)域(yu)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用(yong)整(zheng)合(he)的(de)助(zhu)推(tui)器(qi)。反(fan)觀(guan)世(shi)界(jie)也(ye)是(shi)大(da)致(zhi)如(ru)此(ci)。碳(tan)中(zhong)和(he)方(fang)針(zhen)被(bei)多(duo)數(shu)國(guo)家(jia)確(que)定(ding)為(wei)國(guo)家(jia)戰(zhan)略(lve)之(zhi)後(hou),從(cong)多(duo)角(jiao)度(du)挖(wa)潛(qian)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)潛(qian)力(li)的(de)行(xing)為(wei)自(zi)然(ran)而(er)然(ran)地(di)觸(chu)及(ji)地(di)熱(re)。根(gen)據(ju)世(shi)界(jie)地(di)熱(re)大(da)會(hui)和(he)IEA計算陳述,未來5年全球地熱能發電站總裝機容量增量或許到達3.4吉瓦,呈持續穩定的增加態勢。到2040年全球地熱發電裝機量將增至82吉瓦,是當前水平的5倍以上,全球地熱發電開展空間巨大。碳中和行動催生的氣候技能出資增加將有力帶動地熱發電技能進步繼而拉動地熱出資增加。據RystadEnergy,未來10年全球與地熱發電相關的鑽井工作量投入將呈現大幅度增加態勢。各國對地熱AGS(先進地熱體係技能)和EGS(增強型地熱體係技能)等deng前qian沿yan技ji能neng研yan發fa的de持chi續xu投tou入ru增zeng加jia將jiang有you力li推tui進jin地di熱re發fa電dian技ji能neng邁mai上shang新xin台tai階jie,繼ji而er帶dai來lai全quan球qiu地di熱re發fa電dian裝zhuang機ji容rong量liang的de跨kua越yue式shi上shang升sheng以yi及ji運yun營ying本ben錢qian的de大da幅fu下xia降jiang。
direfadianbenqiantebieshichushichuzibenqianduidirefadianchuzixingchenglehendachengdudeyueshu,dancongquanshengmingzhouqikandirefadiandebenqianshiyoujingzhenglide。quanshengmingzhouqihangailechushichuziheyunyingquanguocheng,qibenqianxiangduigongpingdihenglianglexiangmudejingzhengli。shouxianshichushichuzijieduan,zheyishiqidirefadiandechuziyaopubiangaoyushengwuzhifadian、太陽能發電、陸優勢電和水電等,可是低於海優勢電;其次是項目建成後的運營階段,這一時期地熱發電設備的容量係數普遍堅持在80%yishang,yuangaoyuhuodianheqitakezaishengdianli。direfadianrongliangxishugaodeyoushiyouxiaobuqilechuqichuzigaodeduanban,shidedirechuchuzidebenqianxiafengzaihouqideyunyingzhongbeixishihetanbo,jiershidequanshengmingzhouqibenqiandiyuqitadianlibenqian。shijiekezaishengdonglishudeshujuxianshi,2010年—2020年全球加權平均地熱發電本錢低於0.1美元/千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),略(lve)高(gao)於(yu)風(feng)電(dian)和(he)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)本(ben)錢(qian)。信(xin)任(ren)跟(gen)著(zhe)技(ji)能(neng)進(jin)步(bu)以(yi)及(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)運(yun)營(ying)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)連(lian)續(xu),地(di)熱(re)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)本(ben)錢(qian)還(hai)將(jiang)繼(ji)續(xu)呈(cheng)下(xia)降(jiang)趨(qu)勢(shi)。總(zong)之(zhi)對(dui)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)評(ping)價(jia)不(bu)能(neng)隻(zhi)是(shi)局(ju)限(xian)於(yu)地(di)熱(re)初(chu)期(qi)出(chu)資(zi),要(yao)防(fang)止(zhi)一(yi)葉(ye)障(zhang)目(mu)不(bu)見(jian)泰(tai)山(shan),要(yao)從(cong)長(chang)周(zhou)期(qi)和(he)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周(zhou)期(qi)角(jiao)度(du)去(qu)掌(zhang)握(wo)。

國內的地熱發電開展進程較為彎曲,20世紀70年(nian)代(dai)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)曾(zeng)獲(huo)得(de)重(zhong)要(yao)打(da)破(po),其(qi)時(shi)除(chu)了(le)高(gao)溫(wen)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)之(zhi)外(wai),我(wo)國(guo)在(zai)中(zhong)低(di)溫(wen)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)方(fang)麵(mian)也(ye)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)開(kai)展(zhan),但(dan)因(yin)為(wei)財(cai)力(li)所(suo)限(xian)等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin)未(wei)能(neng)堅(jian)持(chi)開(kai)展(zhan)步(bu)伐(fa)。至(zhi)今(jin),我(wo)國(guo)羊(yang)八(ba)井(jing)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)運(yun)營(ying)多(duo)年(nian),但(dan)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)規(gui)劃(hua)和(he)水(shui)平(ping)在(zai)世(shi)界(jie)社(she)會(hui)的(de)排(pai)名(ming)整(zheng)體(ti)靠(kao)後(hou)。“十三五”時期地熱發電規劃方針是到2020年到達530兆(zhao)瓦(wa)裝(zhuang)機(ji),實(shi)際(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)率(lv)遠(yuan)不(bu)及(ji)方(fang)針(zhen)。資(zi)源(yuan)認(ren)識(shi)不(bu)清(qing),要(yao)害(hai)核(he)心(xin)技(ji)能(neng)有(you)待(dai)打(da)破(po),方(fang)針(zhen)跟(gen)進(jin)扶(fu)持(chi)力(li)度(du)不(bu)行(xing)是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)方(fang)針(zhen)未(wei)如(ru)期(qi)完(wan)成(cheng)的(de)首(shou)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)。特(te)別(bie)需(xu)求(qiu)指(zhi)出(chu)的(de)是(shi),現(xian)在(zai)具(ju)有(you)資(zi)源(yuan)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)區(qu)域(yu)對(dui)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性(xing)認(ren)識(shi)不(bu)足(zu),很(hen)大(da)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)約(yue)束(shu)了(le)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)的(de)推(tui)進(jin)。具(ju)有(you)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)條(tiao)件(jian)區(qu)域(yu)的(de)電(dian)力(li)供(gong)應(ying)相(xiang)對(dui)充(chong)沛(pei),同(tong)時(shi)風(feng)電(dian)、太陽能、水(shui)電(dian)建(jian)造(zao)周(zhou)期(qi)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)短(duan)且(qie)本(ben)錢(qian)低(di),具(ju)有(you)先(xian)發(fa)優(you)勢(shi)。地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)因(yin)為(wei)初(chu)出(chu)資(zi)大(da)的(de)先(xian)發(fa)下(xia)風(feng),啟(qi)動(dong)緩(huan)慢(man)。同(tong)時(shi)地(di)熱(re)在(zai)當(dang)地(di)經(jing)濟(ji)開(kai)展(zhan)中(zhong)具(ju)有(you)多(duo)元(yuan)利(li)用(yong)途(tu)徑(jing),比(bi)較(jiao)有(you)代(dai)表(biao)性(xing)的(de)是(shi)開(kai)發(fa)係(xi)列(lie)地(di)熱(re)旅(lv)行(xing)產(chan)品(pin),對(dui)當(dang)地(di)經(jing)濟(ji)支(zhi)撐(cheng)拉(la)動(dong)效(xiao)應(ying)明(ming)顯(xian)且(qie)見(jian)效(xiao)快(kuai)。因(yin)為(wei)地(di)熱(re)旅(lv)行(xing)能(neng)在(zai)短(duan)期(qi)內(nei)產(chan)生(sheng)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi),導(dao)致(zhi)當(dang)地(di)在(zai)處(chu)理(li)地(di)熱(re)資(zi)源(yuan)問(wen)題(ti)時(shi)更(geng)傾(qing)向(xiang)於(yu)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用(yong)地(di)熱(re)的(de)旅(lv)行(xing)價(jia)值(zhi)而(er)不(bu)是(shi)對(dui)出(chu)資(zi)額(e)度(du)有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)發(fa)電(dian)。

我國碳達峰、碳(tan)中(zhong)和(he)方(fang)針(zhen)及(ji)路(lu)線(xian)圖(tu)出(chu)台(tai)之(zhi)後(hou),電(dian)力(li)體(ti)係(xi)大(da)開(kai)展(zhan)是(shi)大(da)勢(shi)所(suo)趨(qu),現(xian)在(zai)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)當(dang)地(di)都(dou)在(zai)加(jia)速(su)推(tui)進(jin)可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)電(dian)力(li)建(jian)造(zao),這(zhe)將(jiang)為(wei)地(di)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)打(da)開(kai)開(kai)展(zhan)之(zhi)門(men)。可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)動(dong)力(li)電(dian)力(li)麵(mian)對(dui)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)現(xian)實(shi)問(wen)題(ti)就(jiu)是(shi)供(gong)應(ying)存(cun)在(zai)間(jian)歇(xie)性(xing)短(duan)板(ban)。2021年產生的以歐洲為“震中”dequanqiuxingdongligongyingduanquejiuyujidianqixiangtiaojianxiakezaishengdonglichulibuzuyouhendalianluo。yinerjianzaowendingdekezaishengdongligongyingtixichengweitanzhonghebeijingxiageguodonglikaizhanguihuadeyaodian。lilunshangjiangwendingdekezaishengdonglitixijianzaonenggouyouduotiaotujing,qijianyituokezaishengdonglizhijiandebicixietongheyouhuashizuiweigendidetujing,yeshizuiyinggaikaolvde。ruqiansuoshu,direziyuansanbuyufengli、太tai陽yang能neng散san布bu往wang往wang是shi疊die加jia在zai一yi起qi的de,地di熱re發fa電dian開kai展zhan起qi來lai了le,從cong區qu域yu角jiao度du看kan能neng夠gou有you效xiao地di對dui已yi建jian成cheng的de風feng電dian和he光guang伏fu發fa電dian進jin行xing調tiao峰feng支zhi撐cheng,或huo獨du自zi作zuo為wei基ji荷he電dian力li。動dong力li雙shuang控kong改gai為wei碳tan排pai放fang雙shuang控kong後hou,現xian在zai具ju有you條tiao件jian的de區qu域yu開kai展zhan地di熱re的de積ji極ji性xing肯ken定ding會hui較jiao之zhi前qian有you所suo增zeng強qiang,推tui進jin地di熱re發fa電dian工gong業ye快kuai速su開kai展zhan的de條tiao件jian正zheng在zai逐zhu漸jian具ju有you。
風電、太tai陽yang能neng發fa電dian在zai全quan球qiu現xian已yi廣guang泛fan開kai展zhan起qi來lai了le,我wo國guo的de開kai展zhan規gui劃hua與yu技ji能neng水shui平ping位wei居ju全quan球qiu前qian列lie,但dan縱zong觀guan其qi過guo程cheng能neng夠gou發fa現xian,風feng電dian與yu太tai陽yang能neng發fa電dian之zhi所suo以yi能neng完wan成cheng工gong業ye化hua打da破po與yu其qi開kai展zhan初chu期qi一yi定ding程cheng度du的de補bu助zhu支zhi持chi是shi分fen不bu開kai的de。通tong過guo補bu助zhu扶fu持chi,風feng電dian光guang伏fu完wan成cheng了le強qiang身shen健jian體ti並bing最zui終zhong走zou向xiang去qu補bu助zhu和he平ping價jia上shang網wang。現xian在zai以yi太tai陽yang能neng、風電和水電為核心的可再生動力裝機容量現已打破10億千瓦,占總裝機容量比例現已打破43%,到2030年nian還hai將jiang有you大da的de增zeng加jia。地di熱re工gong業ye整zheng體ti處chu於yu開kai展zhan初chu期qi,後hou發fa優you勢shi必bi定ding會hui被bei進jin一yi步bu激ji發fa出chu來lai。當dang前qian地di熱re發fa電dian還hai需xu求qiu做zuo很hen多duo的de勘kan查zha與yu根gen底di投tou入ru,麵mian對dui初chu始shi出chu資zi大da的de應ying戰zhan,麵mian對dui係xi列lie本ben錢qian限xian製zhi,所suo以yi在zai開kai展zhan初chu期qi予yu以yi必bi要yao的de財cai稅shui價jia格ge方fang針zhen支zhi持chi是shi非fei常chang有you含han義yi的de。開kai展zhan初chu期qi的de困kun難nan處chu理li了le,待dai其qi開kai展zhan起qi來lai之zhi後hou能neng夠gou考kao慮lv逐zhu漸jian去qu補bu助zhu。(文/羅佐縣,我國石化經濟技能研究院)我國石油報作者:羅佐縣
