有光伏大佬說:碳中和是人類未來二三十年最巨大的轉型,光伏發電未來會占發電總量的三分之二,未來會有好幾家萬億市值的光伏上市公司。
現在,市值前四的是隆基綠能,陽光電源,通威股份,晶澳科技,後麵還有天合光能晶科動力tcl中環大全動力福斯特等。
先剖析市值前四的公司,主要從盈餘才能,財物規模,生長(擴張)才能三個角度來衡量,我覺得首先要把陽光電源排除去,從現在看,無論是盈餘才能、財物規模、擴張意願,陽光電源都是最弱的,股東權益也便是淨財物,總財物(股東權益+負債)也可以看成是掙錢的工具。

搞一體化,公司越來越大,就更檢測公司的管理才能了,公司做大,很簡單呈現貪腐功率低劣等問題,通威和隆基誰的管理更強呢?我也不知道,直覺上我更信任通威,十分喜歡劉漢元說的:商場僅有不變的是永遠在變,通威真的是一家巨大的公司,這是一家四有公司,我覺得徹底可以媲美寧德年代、比亞迪,乃至可以說現在的通威便是三年前的寧德年代、比亞迪,潛力無限。

4、有良心。6月,通威管理人員實打實的拿出資金建立員工持股計劃,用平均本錢55元(yuan)買(mai)了(le)五(wu)十(shi)幾(ji)億(yi)。這(zhe)是(shi)真(zhen)的(de)講(jiang)良(liang)心(xin),別(bie)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)搞(gao)員(yuan)工(gong)持(chi)股(gu),是(shi)用(yong)公(gong)司(si)的(de)錢(qian)去(qu)回(hui)購(gou),然(ran)後(hou)賤(jian)價(jia)賣(mai)給(gei)員(yuan)工(gong),損(sun)失(shi)的(de)其(qi)實(shi)是(shi)公(gong)司(si)的(de)利(li)益(yi)。通(tong)威(wei)直(zhi)接(jie)是(shi)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)出(chu)錢(qian)去(qu)二(er)級(ji)商(shang)場(chang)買(mai),相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)增(zeng)持(chi),但(dan)仍(reng)是(shi)給(gei)自(zi)己(ji)套(tao)上(shang)了(le)各(ge)種(zhong)約(yue)束(shu),不(bu)得(de)不(bu)為(wei)通(tong)威(wei)高(gao)管(guan)點(dian)讚(zan)。按(an)照(zhao)這(zhe)種(zhong)操(cao)作(zuo),可(ke)以(yi)預(yu)估(gu),以(yi)劉(liu)漢(han)元(yuan)主(zhu)席(xi)為(wei)代(dai)表(biao)的(de)高(gao)層(ceng)近(jin)幾(ji)年(nian)應(ying)該(gai)都(dou)不(bu)會(hui)減(jian)持(chi)的(de),由(you)於(yu)我(wo)們(men)共(gong)同(tong)看(kan)好(hao)通(tong)威(wei)的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)。
歸納以上,通威是一家十分巨大的公司,特別是轉向為一體化公司後,生長性更強,當時的11倍pe,現已是徹底錯估了。接下來,通威的估值將進行重構,不必到40倍pe,我覺得20pe到30pe之間是合適的,至於市值,短期應該在5000億到6000億之間,長時間看到萬億。機構、基金都將對通威進行重新定義並糾錯。
