正場大橋全長約381.48米,規劃為單跨下承式鋼箱梁提籃拱橋,主橋跨徑95米,橋寬22米,總用鋼量約2500噸。全橋采用帶拱整體頂推,橋梁縱坡落差大,現場抄墊次數多,對頂推施工的穩定性、同步性提出了更高的要求。技術團隊采用了鋼梁工廠化智能加工、陸上少支架法定位裝置、多套步履式千斤頂同步施工以及頂推全過程實時監測等辦法,保證頂推施工的順利進行。特別是橫跨48米水中支架段頂推施工中,通州區交通運輸局組織各參建單位輪番值守,24小時監控,終究鋼梁前端順利無誤差頂推到位,為工程加快推動奠定了堅實基礎。
