在(zai)現(xian)代(dai)的(de)商(shang)業(ye)社(she)會(hui)中(zhong),商(shang)務(wu)談(tan)判(pan)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo),對(dui)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)經(jing)營(ying)活(huo)動(dong)也(ye)起(qi)著(zhe)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。商(shang)務(wu)談(tan)判(pan)的(de)技(ji)巧(qiao)不(bu)僅(jin)僅(jin)適(shi)用(yong)於(yu)公(gong)司(si)與(yu)公(gong)司(si)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)談(tan)判(pan),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)適(shi)用(yong)應(ying)聘(pin)者(zhe)與(yu)公(gong)司(si)、銷售人員與顧客等。下麵筆者就個人在商務談判中的一些心得體會,與讀者一起分享商務談判中的12個技巧:
1、確定談判態度

2、充分了解談判對手

3、準備多套談判方案

4、建立融洽的談判氣氛

5、設定好談判的禁區
談(tan)判(pan)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)很(hen)敏(min)感(gan)的(de)交(jiao)流(liu),所(suo)以(yi),語(yu)言(yan)要(yao)簡(jian)練(lian),避(bi)免(mian)出(chu)現(xian)不(bu)該(gai)說(shuo)的(de)話(hua),但(dan)是(shi)在(zai)艱(jian)難(nan)的(de)長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)談(tan)判(pan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)也(ye)難(nan)免(mian)出(chu)錯(cuo),哪(na)最(zui)好(hao)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)就(jiu)是(shi)提(ti)前(qian)設(she)定(ding)好(hao)那(na)些(xie)是(shi)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)的(de)禁(jin)語(yu),哪(na)些(xie)話(hua)題(ti)是(shi)危(wei)險(xian)的(de),哪(na)些(xie)行(xing)為(wei)是(shi)不(bu)能(neng)做(zuo)的(de),談(tan)判(pan)的(de)心(xin)裏(li)底(di)線(xian)等(deng)。這(zhe)樣(yang)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)最(zui)大(da)限(xian)度(du)地(di)避(bi)免(mian)在(zai)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)落(luo)入(ru)對(dui)方(fang)設(she)下(xia)的(de)陷(xian)阱(jing)或(huo)舞(wu)曲(qu)中(zhong)。
6、語言表述簡練
在(zai)商(shang)務(wu)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)忌(ji)諱(hui)語(yu)言(yan)鬆(song)散(san)或(huo)像(xiang)拉(la)家(jia)常(chang)一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)語(yu)言(yan)方(fang)式(shi),盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)讓(rang)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)語(yu)言(yan)變(bian)得(de)簡(jian)練(lian),否(fou)則(ze),你(ni)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)詞(ci)語(yu)很(hen)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)被(bei)淹(yan)沒(mei)在(zai)拖(tuo)拉(la)繁(fan)長(chang),毫(hao)無(wu)意(yi)義(yi)的(de)語(yu)言(yan)中(zhong)。一(yi)顆(ke)珍(zhen)珠(zhu)放(fang)在(zai)地(di)上(shang),我(wo)們(men)可(ke)以(yi)輕(qing)鬆(song)的(de)發(fa)現(xian)它(ta),但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)果(guo)倒(dao)一(yi)袋(dai)碎(sui)石(shi)子(zi)在(zai)上(shang)麵(mian),在(zai)找(zhao)起(qi)珍(zhen)珠(zhu)就(jiu)會(hui)很(hen)費(fei)勁(jin)。同(tong)樣(yang)的(de)道(dao)理(li),我(wo)們(men)人(ren)類(lei)接(jie)收(shou)外(wai)來(lai)聲(sheng)音(yin)或(huo)視(shi)覺(jiao)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)特(te)點(dian)是(shi):一開始專注,注意力隨著接受信息的增加,會越來越分散,如果是一些無關痛癢的信息,更將被忽略。
yinci,tanpanshiyuyanyaozuodaojianlian,zhenduixingqiang,zhengqurangduifangdanaochuzaizuijiajieshouxinxizhuangtaishibiaoshuqingchuzijidexinxi,ruguoyaobiaodadeshineironghenduodexinxi,biruhetongshu、計劃書等,那麼適合在講述或者誦讀時語氣進行高、低、輕、重(zhong)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),比(bi)如(ru),重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)地(di)方(fang)提(ti)高(gao)聲(sheng)音(yin),放(fang)慢(man)速(su)度(du),也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)穿(chuan)插(cha)一(yi)些(xie)問(wen)句(ju),引(yin)起(qi)對(dui)方(fang)的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)思(si)考(kao),增(zeng)加(jia)注(zhu)意(yi)力(li)。在(zai)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)談(tan)判(pan)前(qian)應(ying)該(gai)進(jin)行(xing)一(yi)下(xia)模(mo)擬(ni)演(yan)練(lian),訓(xun)練(lian)語(yu)言(yan)的(de)表(biao)述(shu)、突發問題的應對等。在談判中切忌模糊,羅嗦的語言,這樣不僅無法有效表達自己的意圖,更可能使對方產生疑惑、反(fan)感(gan)情(qing)緒(xu)。在(zai)這(zhe)裏(li)要(yao)明(ming)確(que)一(yi)點(dian),區(qu)分(fen)清(qing)楚(chu)沉(chen)穩(wen)與(yu)拖(tuo)遝(ta)的(de)區(qu)別(bie),前(qian)者(zhe)是(shi)語(yu)言(yan)表(biao)述(shu)雖(sui)然(ran)緩(huan)慢(man),但(dan)字(zi)字(zi)經(jing)過(guo)推(tui)敲(qiao),沒(mei)有(you)廢(fei)話(hua),而(er)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)語(yu)速(su)也(ye)有(you)利(li)於(yu)對(dui)方(fang)理(li)解(jie)與(yu)消(xiao)化(hua)信(xin)息(xi)內(nei)容(rong),在(zai)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)筆(bi)者(zhe)非(fei)常(chang)推(tui)崇(chong)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)表(biao)達(da)方(fang)式(shi)。在(zai)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)想(xiang)靠(kao)伶(ling)牙(ya)俐(li)齒(chi),咄(duo)咄(duo)逼(bi)人(ren)的(de)氣(qi)勢(shi)壓(ya)住(zhu)對(dui)方(fang),往(wang)往(wang)事(shi)與(yu)願(yuan)違(wei),多(duo)數(shu)結(jie)果(guo)不(bu)會(hui)很(hen)理(li)想(xiang)。 7、做一顆柔軟的釘子
商(shang)務(wu)談(tan)判(pan)雖(sui)然(ran)不(bu)比(bi)政(zheng)治(zhi)與(yu)軍(jun)事(shi)談(tan)判(pan),但(dan)是(shi)談(tan)判(pan)的(de)本(ben)質(zhi)就(jiu)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)博(bo)弈(yi),一(yi)種(zhong)對(dui)抗(kang),充(chong)滿(man)了(le)火(huo)藥(yao)味(wei)。這(zhe)個(ge)時(shi)候(hou)雙(shuang)方(fang)都(dou)很(hen)敏(min)感(gan),如(ru)果(guo)語(yu)言(yan)過(guo)於(yu)直(zhi)率(lv)或(huo)強(qiang)勢(shi),很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)引(yin)起(qi)對(dui)方(fang)的(de)本(ben)能(neng)對(dui)抗(kang)意(yi)識(shi)或(huo)遭(zao)致(zhi)反(fan)感(gan),因(yin)此(ci),商(shang)務(wu)談(tan)判(pan)時(shi)要(yao)在(zai)雙(shuang)方(fang)遇(yu)到(dao)分(fen)歧(qi)時(shi)麵(mian)帶(dai)笑(xiao)容(rong),語(yu)言(yan)委(wei)婉(wan)的(de)與(yu)對(dui)手(shou)針(zhen)鋒(feng)相(xiang)對(dui),這(zhe)樣(yang)對(dui)方(fang)就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)啟(qi)動(dong)頭(tou)腦(nao)中(zhong)本(ben)能(neng)的(de)敵(di)意(yi),使(shi)接(jie)下(xia)來(lai)的(de)談(tan)判(pan)不(bu)容(rong)易(yi)陷(xian)入(ru)僵(jiang)局(ju)。

8、曲線進攻
孫子曰:“以迂為直”,克勞賽維斯將軍也說過:“到達目標的捷徑就是那條最曲折的路”,由此可以看出,想達到目的就要迂回前行,否則直接奔向目標,隻會引起對方的警覺與對抗。

9、談判是用耳朵取勝,而不是嘴巴
在zai談tan判pan中zhong我wo們men往wang往wang容rong易yi陷xian入ru一yi個ge誤wu區qu,那na就jiu是shi一yi種zhong主zhu動dong進jin攻gong的de思si維wei意yi識shi,總zong是shi在zai不bu停ting的de說shuo,總zong想xiang把ba對dui方fang的de話hua壓ya下xia去qu,總zong想xiang多duo灌guan輸shu給gei對dui方fang一yi些xie自zi己ji的de思si想xiang,以yi為wei這zhe樣yang可ke以yi占zhan據ju談tan判pan主zhu動dong,其qi實shi不bu然ran,在zai這zhe種zhong競jing爭zheng性xing環huan境jing中zhong,你ni說shuo的de話hua越yue多duo,對dui方fang會hui越yue排pai斥chi,能neng入ru耳er的de很hen少shao,能neng入ru心xin的de更geng少shao,而er且qie,你ni的de話hua多duo了le就jiu擠ji占zhan了le總zong的de談tan話hua時shi間jian,對dui方fang也ye有you一yi肚du子zi話hua想xiang說shuo,被bei壓ya抑yi下xia的de結jie果guo則ze是shi很hen難nan妥tuo協xie或huo達da成cheng協xie議yi。反fan之zhi,讓rang對dui方fang把ba想xiang說shuo的de都dou說shuo出chu來lai,當dang其qi把ba壓ya抑yi心xin底di的de話hua都dou說shuo出chu來lai後hou,就jiu會hui像xiang一yi個ge泄xie了le氣qi的de皮pi球qiu一yi樣yang,銳rui氣qi會hui減jian退tui,接jie下xia來lai你ni在zai反fan擊ji,對dui手shou已yi經jing沒mei有you後hou招zhao了le。更geng為wei關guan鍵jian的de是shi,善shan於yu傾qing聽ting可ke以yi從cong對dui方fang的de話hua語yu話hua語yu中zhong發fa現xian對dui方fang的de真zhen正zheng意yi圖tu,甚shen至zhi是shi破po綻zhan。
10、控製談判局勢
談判活動表麵看來沒有主持人,實則有一個隱形的主持人存在著,不是你就是你的對手。因此,要主動爭取把握談判節奏、方向,甚至是趨勢的。主持人所應該具備的特質是:yuyansuibuduo,danshizhaozhaozhongde,zhijiyaohai,qishisuibulingren,danyunchouweiwo,congrongbupo,bushiyongyuyanbaduishoubidaoxuanyabian,ershiyongyuyanbaduishouyinlingdaoyabian。bingqie,xiangzuotanpanzhuoshangdezhuchirenjiuyaotixianchunidegongping,jikeguandemianduiwenti,youqizaitanpankaishishiyouweizhongyao,manmanduishouhuibennengdebeiniqianyimohuadeyindao,jushijiangxiangduiniyoulideyibianqingxie。
11、chunqiushiqi,songguoyouyigesiyanghouzidegaoshou,tayangleyidaqunhouzi,tanenglijiehouzisuobiaodadesixiang,houziyedongdetadexinyi。zhegerenjiajingyuelaiyuepinkun,yijingmaibuqinameduodeshiwugeihouzichi,yushi,dasuanjianshaohouzimeicanxiangzideshuliang,danyoupahouzibushuncongziji,jiuxianqipianhouzishuo:“給你們早上三個橡子晚上四個橡子,夠吃了嗎?”猴子一聽,大聲的叫嚷,以示反對。過了一會兒,他又說:“唉,沒辦法,早上給你們四個橡子,晚上三個橡子,這該夠吃了吧?”猴子們一聽,個個手舞足蹈,非常高興。
這個小故事大家應該非常熟悉,就是成語“朝三暮四”中的典故。這個故事看似荒唐可笑,其實,在談判中卻真實地存在著“朝三暮四”的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。通(tong)常(chang)體(ti)現(xian)在(zai)雙(shuang)方(fang)在(zai)某(mou)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)問(wen)題(ti)上(shang)僵(jiang)持(chi)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),一(yi)方(fang)退(tui)後(hou)一(yi)步(bu),拋(pao)出(chu)其(qi)它(ta)小(xiao)利(li),作(zuo)為(wei)補(bu)償(chang),把(ba)僵(jiang)局(ju)打(da)破(po),並(bing)用(yong)小(xiao)利(li)換(huan)來(lai)大(da)利(li),或(huo)把(ba)整(zheng)個(ge)方(fang)案(an)調(tiao)換(huan)一(yi)下(xia)順(shun)序(xu),蒙(meng)蔽(bi)了(le)我(wo)們(men)的(de)思(si)維(wei)。乍(zha)聽(ting)起(qi)來(lai)覺(jiao)得(de)不(bu)可(ke)思(si)議(yi),但(dan)在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)經(jing)常(chang)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang),所(suo)以(yi),首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)能(neng)跳(tiao)出(chu)像(xiang)腦(nao)筋(jin)急(ji)轉(zhuan)彎(wan)一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)思(si)維(wei)陷(xian)阱(jing),而(er)後(hou)要(yao)善(shan)於(yu)施(shi)小(xiao)利(li),博(bo)大(da)利(li),學(xue)會(hui)以(yi)退(tui)為(wei)進(jin)。在(zai)談(tan)判(pan)中(zhong)一(yi)個(ge)最(zui)大(da)的(de)學(xue)問(wen)就(jiu)是(shi)學(xue)會(hui)適(shi)時(shi)的(de)讓(rang)步(bu),隻(zhi)有(you)這(zhe)樣(yang)才(cai)可(ke)能(neng)使(shi)談(tan)判(pan)順(shun)利(li)進(jin)行(xing),畢(bi)竟(jing)談(tan)<
