隨著我國經濟的發展,高層建築如雨後春筍大量湧現,塔式起重機(以後簡稱塔吊)因(yin)其(qi)同(tong)時(shi)具(ju)有(you)垂(chui)直(zhi)與(yu)水(shui)平(ping)機(ji)械(xie)化(hua)運(yun)輸(shu)的(de)能(neng)力(li),故(gu)在(zai)建(jian)築(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)得(de)到(dao)廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)。但(dan)由(you)於(yu)各(ge)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin),塔(ta)吊(diao)事(shi)故(gu)時(shi)有(you)發(fa)生(sheng),其(qi)在(zai)建(jian)築(zhu)用(yong)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)事(shi)故(gu)中(zhong)占(zhan)有(you)很(hen)大(da)比(bi)例(li),給(gei)人(ren)民(min)群(qun)眾(zhong)生(sheng)命(ming)財(cai)產(chan)造(zao)成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)損(sun)失(shi)。為(wei)避(bi)免(mian)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng),下(xia)麵(mian)結(jie)合(he)《起重機械監督檢驗規程》談談塔吊檢驗中容易忽略的幾個方麵:
1.接零保護和重複接地檢規要求:當塔吊供電電源為中性點直接接地的低壓係統時,整體金屬結構的接地型式應采用TN-S接地係統,並設漏電保護器,接地電阻不大於4Ω。danzaishijijianyanzhongfaxian,dabufenjiutadiaocaiyongyigensixindianlan,jinyouloudianbaohuqi,erwujielingbaohuhezhongfujiedi,qieloudianbaohuqiguigebuheyaoqiu。xintadiaocaiyongwuxindianlan,baohulingxianquexianzhibuyong。zhengquedezuofayingshi:
開關箱在塔吊3米範圍內設置,內配置額定動作電流小於或等於30mA、額定動作時間小於0.1s的漏電保護器。在漏電保護器進線側(三相四線製供電係統),將零線一分為三,一路與塔吊底架、建築物主鋼筋相連接作重複接地;yilujinruloudianbaohuqizuogongzuolingxian,yiluzuobaohulingxianjinrutadiaoshangkongzhixiang。bingjiangkaiguanxiangtibaohulingxianxianglianjie。gongzuolingxianhebaohulingxianxianghuzhijianmingxianqufen,gefuqize,yongbuzaihunjie。
對dui電dian源yuan線xian采cai用yong四si芯xin電dian纜lan的de塔ta吊diao,最zui好hao是shi換huan成cheng五wu芯xin電dian纜lan。或huo是shi動dong力li和he照zhao明ming分fen路lu設she置zhi,動dong力li線xian路lu由you三san根gen相xiang線xian和he一yi根gen保bao護hu零ling線xian組zu成cheng,照zhao明ming線xian路lu由you一yi根gen相xiang線xian、一根工作零線、一根保護零線組成,這樣四芯電纜均可滿足要求。動力和照明還可各自保護。
2.零位保護 檢規要求:塔ta吊diao必bi須xu設she有you零ling位wei保bao護hu。開kai始shi運yun轉zhuan和he失shi壓ya後hou恢hui複fu供gong電dian時shi,必bi須xu先xian將jiang控kong製zhi器qi手shou柄bing置zhi於yu零ling位wei後hou,該gai機ji構gou或huo所suo有you機ji構gou的de電dian動dong機ji才cai能neng啟qi動dong。但dan部bu份fen塔ta吊diao接jie線xian有you誤wu,僅jin起qi升sheng機ji構gou有you零ling位wei保bao護hu,而er變bian幅fu、回(hui)轉(zhuan)機(ji)構(gou)卻(que)沒(mei)有(you)。我(wo)們(men)在(zai)檢(jian)驗(yan)時(shi),應(ying)斷(duan)開(kai)總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan),將(jiang)某(mou)一(yi)機(ji)構(gou)控(kong)製(zhi)器(qi)手(shou)柄(bing)扳(ban)離(li)零(ling)位(wei),此(ci)時(shi)再(zai)接(jie)通(tong)總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan),該(gai)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)應(ying)不(bu)能(neng)啟(qi)動(dong)。各(ge)機(ji)構(gou)按(an)照(zhao)上(shang)述(shu)方(fang)法(fa)分(fen)別(bie)試(shi)驗(yan)。
3.失壓保護 檢規要求:塔(ta)吊(diao)總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)應(ying)有(you)失(shi)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)。當(dang)供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)中(zhong)斷(duan)時(shi),必(bi)須(xu)能(neng)夠(gou)自(zi)動(dong)斷(duan)開(kai)總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)回(hui)路(lu),恢(hui)複(fu)供(gong)電(dian)時(shi),不(bu)經(jing)手(shou)動(dong)操(cao)作(zuo),總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)回(hui)路(lu)不(bu)能(neng)自(zi)行(xing)接(jie)通(tong)。有(you)的(de)塔(ta)吊(diao)由(you)於(yu)維(wei)保(bao)人(ren)員(yuan)素(su)質(zhi)較(jiao)差(cha),亂(luan)接(jie)電(dian)路(lu),造(zao)成(cheng)塔(ta)吊(diao)無(wu)失(shi)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)。檢(jian)驗(yan)時(shi)應(ying)在(zai)機(ji)構(gou)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),斷(duan)開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan),再(zai)合(he)上(shang),觀(guan)察(cha)其(qi)是(shi)否(fou)繼(ji)續(xu)運(yun)行(xing),以(yi)判(pan)斷(duan)有(you)無(wu)失(shi)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)功(gong)能(neng)。
4.起重力矩限製器 檢 規要求:起重機必須安裝起重力矩限製器。當起重力矩大於相應工況下額定值並小於額定值的110%時(shi),應(ying)切(qie)斷(duan)上(shang)升(sheng)和(he)幅(fu)度(du)增(zeng)大(da)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan),但(dan)機(ji)構(gou)可(ke)做(zuo)下(xia)降(jiang)和(he)減(jian)小(xiao)幅(fu)度(du)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)運(yun)動(dong)。超(chao)力(li)矩(ju)時(shi),都(dou)知(zhi)道(dao)切(qie)斷(duan)上(shang)升(sheng)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)。但(dan)因(yin)試(shi)力(li)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)時(shi),一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)在(zai)最(zui)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)處(chu),無(wu)法(fa)試(shi)驗(yan)是(shi)否(fou)切(qie)斷(duan)了(le)幅(fu)度(du)增(zeng)大(da)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)。有(you)的(de)塔(ta)吊(diao)恰(qia)好(hao)未(wei)做(zuo)到(dao)這(zhe)點(dian)。我(wo)們(men)可(ke)在(zai)向(xiang)外(wai)出(chu)小(xiao)車(che)時(shi),人(ren)為(wei)動(dong)作(zuo)力(li)矩(ju)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi),如(ru)小(xiao)車(che)不(bu)能(neng)繼(ji)續(xu)向(xiang)外(wai)變(bian)幅(fu),則(ze)說(shuo)明(ming)能(neng)切(qie)斷(duan)幅(fu)度(du)增(zeng)大(da)方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)。
5.前臂前臂因懸空且行走不便,維保、檢驗人員有時會放鬆對其檢驗而留下隱患。前臂常見問題一是銷軸無開口銷或開口銷安裝不規範,如開口銷未掰開或用鐵絲、直鋼筋代替開口銷,造成使用中銷軸脫落,結果折臂倒塔。這種悲劇不隻發生一起;二是前臂端起升鋼絲繩固定不符要求,如繩卡數量、間距、卡夾方向不合要求,鋼絲繩彎曲曲率半徑太小甚至直接繞在槽鋼上,造成鋼絲繩短期內出現大量斷絲而損壞;三是起升鋼絲繩和變幅鋼絲繩交叉部置,造成兩根鋼絲繩因相互摩擦斷絲而提前報廢甚至出現事故;對前臂標節間采用法蘭聯接的,還應檢查聯接螺栓性能等級是否符合要求,是否有防鬆或自緊裝置。
