在這裏還可以采用兩種方法來完成參考檢測,即采用機床相關性檢測法,將機上測量的數據與以前的CMM測量機數據進行比較;或采用仿造樣板檢測法,將機上數據與已知尺寸的可追溯性仿造樣板進行比較。在進行這一比較時,CNC能夠確定機床是否已真正達到規定的加工公差。根據這些結果,就能做出明智的決定,對仍然留在機床上的工件采取正確的處理方法。
非接觸式激光對刀

當刀具通過激光束運動時,係統電子裝置就會檢測到激光束的中斷,同時向控製器發出一個輸出信號。NC數控係統可以在激光束的任何地方精確地測量最小直徑為0.2 mm的刀具。當激光束超過50%閾值而被所檢測的刀具阻斷時,就會觸發係統。非接觸式對刀係統采用的是在加工條件下可靠的紅色可見光二極管激光器。
先進的電子元件和簡化的設計使非接觸式對刀替代了接觸式係統。由於沒有任何運動部件,實際上可以使NC數控係統免於維護。這種設計不存在接觸式係統所需的框架和執行機構。有些NCshukongjiguangduidaoyidaiyoubaohuxitong,anzhuangzaiyigejieshidebuxiugangzhuangzhinei,neibuchongyoubujianduandeyasuokongqi,jishizaiceliangdeguochengzhong,yekefangzhiwuranwuzhi、切屑、石墨和冷卻液的侵入。這些係統幾乎還可以安裝在各種尺寸和各種外形的機床上,而對機床的工作不會造成任何影響。
