3.2齒麵磨損
減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi)在(zai)齧(nie)合(he)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),除(chu)了(le)在(zai)節(jie)線(xian)處(chu)外(wai),都(dou)要(yao)產(chan)生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)滑(hua)動(dong)。因(yin)此(ci)兩(liang)齒(chi)麵(mian)必(bi)定(ding)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)磨(mo)損(sun),一(yi)定(ding)程(cheng)度(du)的(de)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi)磨(mo)損(sun)是(shi)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)新(xin)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi);danguodumosunzeshibiaoshirunhuabulianghuozhouxianpingxingdumeixiaozhun。guodumosundezuichuzhengxiangshichidingdeshaoweihuashang,genzhefazhanchengjiaoyanzhongdehuahenhuoyaojiexingchengqizhouxianxiang。
劃傷的情形通常是從齒頂開始,表麵留下與滑動方向相同的痕跡,形狀像是被硬物拖刮過。這種情形可能在磨合期過後就停止。

3.3塑性變形
減速器輪齒表麵金屬變形主要是因為負荷過重,尤其是衝擊性負荷,這種金屬變形就是所謂的塑性變形。
較(jiao)軟(ruan)或(huo)韌(ren)性(xing)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)原(yuan)料(liao)更(geng)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)塑(su)性(xing)流(liu)動(dong),偶(ou)爾(er)也(ye)會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)表(biao)麵(mian)經(jing)過(guo)硬(ying)化(hua)處(chu)理(li)的(de)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi)上(shang)。塑(su)性(xing)流(liu)動(dong)的(de)情(qing)形(xing)有(you)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)塑(su)變(bian),即(ji)軟(ruan)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi)金(jin)屬(shu)被(bei)軋(zha)或(huo)推(tui)出(chu)輪(lun)齒(chi)頂(ding)部(bu)及(ji)兩(liang)端(duan);有的會產生同滑動方向成直角的波浪型波紋,通常是低速重負荷及較硬的減速器輪齒受到蠕動的磨擦所造成的;也有的形成同滑動方向相同的脊狀隆起線,這種現象多產生在低速高負荷及較硬的準雙曲麵減速器輪齒上。
3.4輪齒斷裂

負荷過重所造成的斷裂表麵較為粗糙,成粒狀。
韌性較強的金屬則有纖維狀的斷口。造成這類型斷裂的原因可能是衝擊性負荷過重、軸線不平行、軸承損壞、或金屬顆粒掉入減速器輪齒齧合的部位等。

3.5潤滑油被汙染
任(ren)何(he)磨(mo)蝕(shi)性(xing)雜(za)質(zhi)都(dou)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)過(guo)早(zao)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun)。細(xi)小(xiao)的(de)磨(mo)蝕(shi)物(wu)會(hui)使(shi)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)輪(lun)齒(chi)看(kan)起(qi)來(lai)像(xiang)被(bei)磨(mo)過(guo),但(dan)輪(lun)齒(chi)的(de)輪(lun)廓(kuo)已(yi)被(bei)改(gai)變(bian)。較(jiao)粗(cu)的(de)磨(mo)蝕(shi)物(wu)會(hui)形(xing)成(cheng)刮(gua)痕(hen),更(geng)大(da)的(de)雜(za)質(zhi),例(li)如(ru)螺(luo)絲(si)、螺帽、或減速器輪齒碎塊,會使減速器輪齒表麵出現凹痕。
3.6輪齒幹擾
軸線不平行及輪齒形狀或空隙的偏差會造成齒輪間互相幹擾,即主動減速器輪齒的頂部在齧合的分離點齧入隨動減速器輪齒。
