起動機的工作原理
汽車起動機的控製裝置包括電磁開關、起動繼電器和點火起動開關燈部件,其中電磁開關於起動機製作在一起。
一、電磁開關
1.電磁開關結構特點
電磁開關主要由電磁鐵機構和電動機開關兩部分組成。電磁鐵機構由固定鐵心、活動鐵心、吸(xi)引(yin)線(xian)圈(quan)和(he)保(bao)持(chi)線(xian)圈(quan)等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。固(gu)定(ding)鐵(tie)心(xin)固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)動(dong),活(huo)動(dong)鐵(tie)心(xin)可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)銅(tong)套(tao)裏(li)做(zuo)軸(zhou)向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)。活(huo)動(dong)鐵(tie)心(xin)前(qian)端(duan)固(gu)定(ding)有(you)推(tui)杆(gan),推(tui)杆(gan)前(qian)端(duan)安(an)裝(zhuang)有(you)開(kai)關(guan)觸(chu)盤(pan),活(huo)動(dong)鐵(tie)心(xin)後(hou)段(duan)用(yong)調(tiao)節(jie)螺(luo)釘(ding)和(he)連(lian)接(jie)銷(xiao)與(yu)撥(bo)叉(cha)連(lian)接(jie)。銅(tong)套(tao)外(wai)麵(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang)有(you)複(fu)位(wei)彈(dan)簧(huang),作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)使(shi)活(huo)動(dong)鐵(tie)心(xin)等(deng)可(ke)移(yi)動(dong)部(bu)件(jian)複(fu)位(wei)。
2.電磁開關工作原理
當(dang)吸(xi)引(yin)線(xian)圈(quan)和(he)保(bao)持(chi)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)磁(ci)通(tong)方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)同(tong)時(shi),其(qi)電(dian)磁(ci)吸(xi)力(li)相(xiang)互(hu)疊(die)加(jia),可(ke)以(yi)吸(xi)引(yin)活(huo)動(dong)鐵(tie)心(xin)向(xiang)前(qian)移(yi)動(dong),直(zhi)到(dao)推(tui)杆(gan)前(qian)端(duan)的(de)觸(chu)盤(pan)將(jiang)電(dian)動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)觸(chu)點(dian)接(jie)通(tong)勢(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)接(jie)通(tong)為(wei)止(zhi)。

二、起動繼電器
起動繼電器的結構簡圖由電磁鐵機構和觸點總成組成。線圈分別與殼體上的點火開關端子和搭鐵端子“E”連接,固定觸點與起動機端子“S”連接,活動觸點經觸點臂和支架與電池端子“BAT”相(xiang)連(lian)。起(qi)動(dong)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點(dian)為(wei)常(chang)開(kai)觸(chu)點(dian),當(dang)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)鐵(tie)心(xin)便(bian)產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)磁(ci)力(li),使(shi)其(qi)觸(chu)點(dian)閉(bi)合(he),從(cong)而(er)將(jiang)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)控(kong)製(zhi)的(de)吸(xi)引(yin)線(xian)圈(quan)和(he)保(bao)持(chi)線(xian)圈(quan)電(dian)路(lu)接(jie)通(tong)。
1.控製電路
控製電路包括起動繼電器控製電路和起動機電磁開關控製電路。

2.主電路
蓄電池正極→起動機電源接線柱→電磁開關→勵磁繞阻→電樞繞阻→搭鐵→蓄電池負極,於是起動機產生電磁轉距,起動發動機。[1]
