通風型式
正壓通風結構有兩種型式:一是連續正壓通風結構型式;另一個是正壓補償結構型式。
連續正壓通風結構是指電機外殼內充入保護氣體,使電機外殼內保持應有的正壓值。如圖1(保護氣體排出口在非爆炸危險場所)和圖2(保護氣體排出口在爆炸危險場所)。正(zheng)壓(ya)補(bu)償(chang)結(jie)構(gou)是(shi)指(zhi)電(dian)機(ji)外(wai)殼(ke)內(nei)充(chong)入(ru)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)正(zheng)壓(ya)值(zhi)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)氣(qi)體(ti),不(bu)進(jin)行(xing)連(lian)續(xu)通(tong)風(feng),僅(jin)對(dui)電(dian)機(ji)外(wai)殼(ke)不(bu)可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)的(de)泄(xie)漏(lou)進(jin)行(xing)隨(sui)時(shi)補(bu)償(chang)或(huo)定(ding)期(qi)補(bu)償(chang)。如(ru)圖(tu)3和圖4。

從正壓型原理可以看出這種防爆型式安全程度比較高,可以在1區或2quanquanshiyong。youyuqijiegoujiandan,tebieduidazhongxingdianjidangcaiyongqitafangbaojiegoubijiaokunnanshi,doukeyicaiyongzhengyaxingjiegou。danduixiaoxingdianji,youyuzhengyaxingfushushebeijiaoduo,yincizaojiajiaogao,suoyihenshaocaiyong。

為防止意外事故,電機應設置安全保護設施。電機起動前要通過安全裝置,如時間繼電器、流liu量liang計ji等deng來lai保bao證zheng有you足zu夠gou的de保bao護hu氣qi體ti對dui電dian機ji外wai殼ke內nei部bu進jin行xing清qing掃sao和he換huan氣qi。所suo謂wei換huan氣qi是shi指zhi向xiang電dian機ji外wai殼ke及ji管guan道dao內nei充chong以yi保bao護hu氣qi體ti,使shi電dian機ji外wai殼ke及ji管guan道dao內nei的de爆bao炸zha性xing混hun合he物wu濃nong度du降jiang至zhi爆bao炸zha下xia限xian的de過guo程cheng。
對換氣的要求是,最小換氣量至少為電機外殼容積的5倍。在考慮電機外殼的內容積、決定換氣量時,要將進出風管道的容積也考慮進去。
