數控車床的編程技巧
科學技術的開展,招致產品更新換代的加快和人們需求的多樣化,產品的消費也趨向品種多樣化、批量中小型化。為順應這一變化,數控(NC)設備在企業中的作用愈來愈大。我校作為國度級重點職校,為順應時期潮流,重點建立數控專業,選購了BIEJING-FANUC Power Mate O數控車床。它與普通車床相比,一個顯著的優點是:對(dui)零(ling)件(jian)變(bian)化(hua)的(de)順(shun)應(ying)性(xing)強(qiang),改(gai)換(huan)零(ling)件(jian)隻(zhi)需(xu)改(gai)動(dong)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu),對(dui)刀(dao)具(ju)停(ting)止(zhi)簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)調(tiao)整(zheng)即(ji)可(ke)做(zuo)出(chu)合(he)格(ge)的(de)零(ling)件(jian),為(wei)節(jie)約(yue)本(ben)錢(qian)博(bo)得(de)先(xian)機(ji)。但(dan)是(shi),要(yao)充(chong)沛(pei)發(fa)揮(hui)數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),不(bu)隻(zhi)要(yao)有(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)硬(ying)件(jian),(如:優質的刀具、機床的精度等),更重要的是軟件:編程,即依據不同的零件的特性,編製合理、高效的加工程序。經過多年的編程理論和教學,我探索出一些編程技巧。
數(shu)控(kong)車(che)床(chuang)固(gu)然(ran)加(jia)工(gong)柔(rou)性(xing)比(bi)普(pu)通(tong)車(che)床(chuang)優(you)越(yue),但(dan)單(dan)就(jiu)某(mou)一(yi)種(zhong)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)消(xiao)費(fei)效(xiao)率(lv)而(er)言(yan),與(yu)普(pu)通(tong)車(che)床(chuang)還(hai)存(cun)在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)差(cha)距(ju)。因(yin)而(er),進(jin)步(bu)數(shu)控(kong)車(che)床(chuang)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)便(bian)成(cheng)為(wei)關(guan)鍵(jian),而(er)合(he)理(li)運(yun)用(yong)編(bian)程(cheng)技(ji)巧(qiao),編(bian)製(zhi)高(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)程(cheng)序(xu),對(dui)進(jin)步(bu)機(ji)床(chuang)效(xiao)率(lv)常(chang)常(chang)具(ju)有(you)意(yi)想(xiang)不(bu)到(dao)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。
1、靈敏設置參考點
BIEJING-FANUC Power Mate O數控車床共有二根軸,即主軸Z和刀具軸X。棒料中心為坐標係原點,各刀接近棒料時,坐標值減小,稱之為進刀;反(fan)之(zhi),坐(zuo)標(biao)值(zhi)增(zeng)大(da),稱(cheng)為(wei)退(tui)刀(dao)。當(dang)退(tui)到(dao)刀(dao)具(ju)開(kai)端(duan)時(shi)位(wei)置(zhi)時(shi),刀(dao)具(ju)中(zhong)止(zhi),此(ci)位(wei)置(zhi)稱(cheng)為(wei)參(can)考(kao)點(dian)。參(can)考(kao)點(dian)是(shi)編(bian)程(cheng)中(zhong)一(yi)個(ge)十(shi)分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)概(gai)念(nian),每(mei)執(zhi)行(xing)完(wan)一(yi)次(ci)自(zi)動(dong)循(xun)環(huan),刀(dao)具(ju)都(dou)必(bi)需(xu)返(fan)回(hui)到(dao)這(zhe)個(ge)位(wei)置(zhi),準(zhun)備(bei)下(xia)一(yi)次(ci)循(xun)環(huan)。因(yin)而(er),在(zai)執(zhi)行(xing)程(cheng)序(xu)前(qian),必(bi)需(xu)調(tiao)整(zheng)刀(dao)具(ju)及(ji)主(zhu)軸(zhou)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)與(yu)坐(zuo)標(biao)數(shu)值(zhi)堅(jian)持(chi)分(fen)歧(qi)。但(dan)是(shi),參(can)考(kao)點(dian)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)並(bing)不(bu)是(shi)固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)變(bian)的(de),編(bian)程(cheng)人(ren)員(yuan)能(neng)夠(gou)依(yi)據(ju)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)直(zhi)徑(jing)、所用的刀具的品種、數量調整參考點的位置,縮短刀具的空行程。從而進步效率。
2.化零為整法

3、減少刀具空行程
在BIEJING-FANUC Power Mate O數控車床中,刀具的運動是依托步進電動機來帶動的,雖然在程序命令中有快速點定位命令G00,danyuputongchechuangdejingeifangshixiangbi,rengranxiandexiaolvbugao。yiner,yaoxiangjinbujichuangxiaolv,bixujinbudaojudeyunzhuanxiaolv。daojudekongxingchengshizhidaojujiejingongjianheqiexuezhonglehoutuihuicankaodiansuoyunzhuandejiange。zhixujianshaodaojukongxingcheng,jiunenggoujinbudaojudeyunzhuanxiaolv。(關於點位控製的數控車床,隻需求定位精度較高,定位過程可盡可能快,而刀具相對工件的運動道路是無關緊要的。)zaijichuangtiaozhengfangmian,yaojiangdaojudechushiweizhibuzhizaijinkenengkaojinbangliaodezhongyang。zaichengxufangmian,yaoyijulingjiandegouzao,yunyongjinkenengshaodedaojujiagonglingjianshidaojuzaizhuangzhishibicijinkenengfensan,zaihenjiejinbangliaoshibicijiubuhuifazuoganyu;另ling一yi方fang麵mian,由you於yu刀dao具ju實shi踐jian的de初chu始shi位wei置zhi曾zeng經jing與yu原yuan來lai發fa作zuo了le變bian化hua,必bi需xu在zai程cheng序xu中zhong對dui刀dao具ju的de參can考kao點dian位wei置zhi停ting止zhi修xiu正zheng,使shi之zhi與yu實shi踐jian狀zhuang況kuang相xiang符fu,與yu此ci同tong時shi再zai配pei合he快kuai速su點dian定ding位wei命ming令ling,就jiu能neng夠gou將jiang刀dao具ju的de空kong行xing程cheng控kong製zhi在zai最zui小xiao範fan圍wei內nei從cong而er進jin步bu機ji床chuang加jia工gong效xiao率lv。
4、優化參數,均衡刀具負荷,減少刀具磨損
