起重機安全防護常識
a(一)起重機械的主要參數
起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)參(can)數(shu)是(shi)表(biao)征(zheng)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)性(xing)能(neng)特(te)征(zheng)的(de)目(mu)標(biao),也(ye)是(shi)設(she)計(ji)和(he)選(xuan)擇(ze)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)技(ji)能(neng)依(yi)據(ju),也(ye)是(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)安(an)全(quan)技(ji)能(neng)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)依(yi)據(ju)。起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)參(can)數(shu)有(you):起重量、跨度、軌距、基距、起伏、起重力矩、起重傾覆力矩、最大輪壓、起升高度和下降深度、運轉速度、起重機作業等級、起重特性曲線等。其中,起重機作業等級是考慮起重量和時間的使用程度以及作業循環次數的作業特性,它是按起重機使用等級(整個設計壽命期內,總的作業循環次數)和載荷狀況區分的。
(二)起重機械的安全保護設備
1、方位限製與調整設備
(1)上升極限方位限製器
dangqishengjigoushangsheng,diaojuyuyuezuoyegaoduguimorengbuzhongzhi,jiuhuichanshengdiaojudingdaoshangfangzhichengjiegou,congerxingchengladuangangsishengbingshidiaojudiaoluodeshigu。xuanyongshangshengjixianxianzhiqibingjianchiqiyouxiao,kefangzhizhezhongguojuanyangshigu。suoyi《起重機械安全規程》規則,但凡動力驅動的起重機,其起升機構(包括主副起升機構),均應裝設上升極限方位限製器。其常見型式有重錘式和螺杆(或蝸輪蝸杆)shiliangzhong。zhongchuishishangshengjixianfangweixianzhiqishixuanguazaidiaojushangfang,diaojuyuyuezuoyegaodupengdaofangweixianzhiqihou,chufayigedianqikaiguan,shitixizhongzhizuoye。luoganshixianweiqidejiegou,shiyoujuantongzhouduanlianjie,yinchuyundongguanxihechiduguimo,jingguoyuluomuyitongdezhuangtou,quchufakaiguanchutoulaiduankaidianlude。
(2)運轉極限方位限製器
起重機小車或大車作業運轉到行程的極限方位時,應中止運轉,不然車體將與軌端止擋和緩衝器碰撞,損傷起重機或軌道的支承體係(如廠房等),並(bing)或(huo)許(xu)形(xing)成(cheng)設(she)備(bei)和(he)人(ren)身(shen)事(shi)故(gu)。所(suo)以(yi),但(dan)凡(fan)動(dong)力(li)驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),其(qi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)極(ji)限(xian)方(fang)位(wei)都(dou)應(ying)裝(zhuang)設(she)運(yun)轉(zhuan)極(ji)限(xian)方(fang)位(wei)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)。行(xing)程(cheng)限(xian)製(zhi)器(qi)一(yi)般(ban)由(you)一(yi)個(ge)行(xing)程(cheng)開(kai)關(guan)和(he)觸(chu)發(fa)開(kai)關(guan)的(de)安(an)全(quan)尺(chi)構(gou)成(cheng)。
(3)緩衝器
起重機緩衝器一般在下述幾種情況下起效果:起重機運轉至行程結尾附近時,有時因速度較大,越過行程開關後不能立刻中止;當行程開關失靈操作又失誤時,起重機將會以原有的運轉速度衝向行程結尾;此ci外wai,如ru在zai同tong一yi跨kua廠chang房fang內nei裝zhuang設she兩liang台tai或huo更geng多duo的de橋qiao式shi起qi重zhong機ji,在zai作zuo業ye中zhong有you很hen多duo相xiang撞zhuang的de機ji會hui。這zhe時shi,起qi重zhong機ji運yun轉zhuan動dong能neng將jiang能neng經jing過guo碰peng撞zhuang形xing成cheng自zi身shen或huo其qi支zhi承cheng結jie構gou損sun傷shang,乃nai至zhi導dao致zhi人ren身shen事shi故gu。所suo以yi,《起重機械安全規程》要求,橋式、門式起重機、裝卸橋,以及門座起重機或升降機等都要裝設緩衝器。起重機常用的緩衝器有實體式緩衝器、繃簧緩衝器和液壓緩衝器。
2、防風防爬設備

起重機防風防爬設備主要有三類,即夾軌器、錨(mao)定(ding)設(she)備(bei)和(he)鐵(tie)鞋(xie)。依(yi)照(zhao)防(fang)風(feng)設(she)備(bei)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)方(fang)法(fa)不(bu)同(tong),可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)主(zhu)動(dong)效(xiao)果(guo)與(yu)非(fei)主(zhu)動(dong)效(xiao)果(guo)兩(liang)類(lei)。主(zhu)動(dong)效(xiao)果(guo)防(fang)風(feng)設(she)備(bei),是(shi)指(zhi)在(zai)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)中(zhong)止(zhi)運(yun)轉(zhuan)或(huo)遽(ju)然(ran)斷(duan)電(dian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),防(fang)風(feng)設(she)備(bei)能(neng)主(zhu)動(dong)作(zuo)業(ye)。非(fei)主(zhu)動(dong)效(xiao)果(guo)防(fang)風(feng)設(she)備(bei)多(duo)選(xuan)用(yong)手(shou)動(dong),結(jie)構(gou)比(bi)較(jiao)簡(jian)單(dan),重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),緊(jin)湊(cou),修(xiu)理(li)便(bian)利(li),但(dan)操(cao)作(zuo)費(fei)事(shi),不(bu)能(neng)敷(fu)衍(yan)突(tu)然(ran)來(lai)的(de)風(feng)暴(bao);而er且qie手shou動dong夾jia軌gui器qi的de夾jia持chi力li較jiao小xiao,多duo用yong於yu中zhong小xiao型xing起qi重zhong機ji上shang,對dui於yu大da型xing起qi重zhong機ji,為wei了le增zeng強qiang防fang風feng設she備bei的de安an全quan可ke靠kao性xing,則ze同tong時shi選xuan用yong幾ji種zhong防fang風feng設she備bei。
3、安全鉤、防後傾設備和回轉確定設備
(1)安全鉤
danzhuliangqizhongji,yinweiqidiaozhongwushizaizhuliangdeyicejinxing,zhongwudengduixiaochechanshengyigeqingfanliju,youchuizhifanguilunhuoshuipingfanguilunchanshengdekangqingfanlijushixiaochejianchipingheng,buzhiyuqingfan。danshi,zhikaozhezhongfangfabunengbaozhengzaifengzai、意外衝擊、車輪破碎、檢修等情況時的安全。因此,這種類型的起重機應安裝安全鉤。
