減速器的驅動電動機采用的是鼠籠電機,電機的*大過載倍數為2.56.按電機額定功率換算到“三合一”減速器輸出軸的轉矩為9567Nm.如果按電動機的*大輸出力矩計算,“三合一”減速器的*大輸出力矩應達到24492N?m,但樣本上給出的該型減速器的額定輸出轉矩僅為7260Nm(許用徑向力52kN).計算表明:即使在正常工作時,減速器的承載能力已不能滿足強度要求,服務係數<1.回轉起動時,回轉機構高、低速軸上的所有零部件都將承受較大的慣性載荷,減速器的強度條件嚴重不足。在回轉機構製動工況,自製動開始至機構運動停止,“三合一”減(jian)速(su)器(qi)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)是(shi)不(bu)變(bian)的(de),而(er)且(qie)其(qi)安(an)全(quan)裕(yu)量(liang)也(ye)是(shi)較(jiao)大(da)的(de),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)說(shuo),回(hui)轉(zhuan)製(zhi)動(dong)工(gong)況(kuang)時(shi),對(dui)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)若(ruo)不(bu)加(jia)以(yi)調(tiao)整(zheng),減(jian)速(su)器(qi)超(chao)載(zai)更(geng)為(wei)嚴(yan)重(zhong)。而(er)且(qie),在(zai)回(hui)轉(zhuan)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)裝(zhuang)設(she)安(an)全(quan)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。從(cong)損(sun)壞(huai)事(shi)故(gu)發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)看(kan),產(chan)品(pin)出(chu)廠(chang)時(shi)沒(mei)有(you)對(dui)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)按(an)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)承(cheng)載(zai)能(neng)力(li)做(zuo)任(ren)何(he)調(tiao)整(zheng)和(he)限(xian)製(zhi),使(shi)製(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)換(huan)算(suan)製(zhi)動(dong)力(li)矩(ju)遠(yuan)遠(yuan)超(chao)過(guo)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)允(yun)許(xu)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)力(li)矩(ju),從(cong)而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)損(sun)壞(huai)。“三合一”減(jian)速(su)器(qi)是(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)回(hui)轉(zhuan)部(bu)分(fen)的(de)驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),起(qi)動(dong)時(shi),回(hui)轉(zhuan)部(bu)分(fen)加(jia)速(su)度(du)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)完(wan)全(quan)取(qu)決(jue)於(yu)電(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)的(de)大(da)小(xiao),電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)越(yue)大(da),回(hui)轉(zhuan)加(jia)速(su)度(du)也(ye)越(yue)大(da),回(hui)轉(zhuan)起(qi)動(dong)時(shi)的(de)慣(guan)性(xing)載(zai)荷(he)越(yue)大(da)。
