我國中鐵建工集團承建了包頭至銀川鐵路銀川至惠農段的石嘴山南站、沙湖站、石嘴山南站三座鐵路站房,其間包銀鐵路石嘴山南站建築麵積7984.9平方米,以“水映山巒湖邊驛、百業欣興意欲飛”為規劃理念,結構形式為鋼筋混凝土框架結構,候車大廳頂部選用“鋼網架屋蓋+金屬屋麵”。此次頂升的屋蓋鋼網架結構總長92.2米,最大跨度45米,歸於大跨度鋼網架結構。為了保證裝置精度和作業安全,頂升作業全程數字化操作,並選用老練安全的液壓法和“地上原位拚接+全體頂升就位”工藝。
