履帶式起重機行走跑偏
【故障現象】前進時向右跑偏,後退時不跑偏,且增大油門時跑偏嚴重。
履帶式起重機的行走係統主要由機械部分(包括驅動輪、導向輪、托鏈輪、支重輪、履帶)和液壓驅動部分組成。分析應本著先易後難的原則,先分析一下機械部分。
1機械部分
機械部分主要檢查兩個方麵:①兩條履帶是否平行 ②驅動輪、導向輪、托鏈輪、zhizhonglundezhongxinxianshifouzhonghe。zheliangzhederenheyifangyouwenti,douhuizaochengxingzoupaopian,danxianxiangyingshiqianjinhehoutuidoupaopian,ergaiguzhangzhishiqianjinshipaopian,gukepandingbushijixiebufenyinqide。cishixuduiyeyabufenjinxingfenxi。
從整個行走液壓係統來看,馬達、製動閥、主閥和操縱手柄等元件中的任何一個出了故障,都會造成行走跑偏。根據經驗,故障率由高至低的順序為馬達、操縱手柄、主閥和製動閥,下麵依次進行分析。
2馬達

3操縱手柄
主閥的常見故障為閥內泄漏量大,造成流量損失大;或(huo)液(ye)壓(ya)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)清(qing)潔(jie),造(zao)成(cheng)閥(fa)芯(xin)卡(ka)滯(zhi),閥(fa)口(kou)開(kai)啟(qi)不(bu)完(wan)全(quan),流(liu)量(liang)小(xiao)。因(yin)前(qian)進(jin)和(he)後(hou)退(tui)均(jun)由(you)主(zhu)閥(fa)中(zhong)的(de)同(tong)一(yi)閥(fa)芯(xin)完(wan)成(cheng),若(ruo)是(shi)閥(fa)內(nei)泄(xie)漏(lou)量(liang)大(da),前(qian)進(jin)和(he)後(hou)退(tui)都(dou)應(ying)跑(pao)偏(pian),因(yin)此(ci)可(ke)判(pan)定(ding)主(zhu)閥(fa)內(nei)泄(xie)漏(lou)量(liang)大(da)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)可(ke)能(neng)性(xing)很(hen)小(xiao)。為(wei)分(fen)析(xi)主(zhu)閥(fa)閥(fa)芯(xin)是(shi)否(fou)卡(ka)滯(zhi),調(tiao)換(huan)一(yi)下(xia)管(guan)路(lu),將(jiang)控(kong)製(zhi)左(zuo)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)主(zhu)閥(fa)出(chu)油(you)口(kou)接(jie)到(dao)右(you)馬(ma)達(da),控(kong)製(zhi)右(you)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)主(zhu)閥(fa)出(chu)油(you)口(kou)接(jie)到(dao)左(zuo)馬(ma)達(da),若(ruo)主(zhu)閥(fa)有(you)問(wen)題(ti),跑(pao)偏(pian)方(fang)向(xiang)將(jiang)改(gai)變(bian),行(xing)走(zou)試(shi)驗(yan)後(hou)故(gu)障(zhang)現(xian)象(xiang)沒(mei)有(you)變(bian)化(hua),可(ke)證(zheng)明(ming)主(zhu)閥(fa)並(bing)無(wu)問(wen)題(ti)。
4製動閥
zhidongfadechangjianguzhangweifaneixielouliangdahuofaxindongzuobudaowei。ruoshifaneixielouliangda,qianjinhehoutuidouyingpaopian,jingpandingfaneixielouliangdadeguzhangkenengxinghenxiao。ruofaxinbeizawukazhihuofaneijieliukoudusaidaozhifaxindongzuobudaowei,fakoukaiduxiao,yeyayoutongguoliangxiao,erzaochengpaopian,dayoumenshiyaliheliuliangsunshida,paopianjiuhuiyanzhong。
為此,在左、右主閥的進油口各接一測壓表做行走試驗,發現後退時左、右壓力基本一樣。但前進時若是小油門,左、右壓力相差不大;若ruo是shi大da油you門men,右you邊bian壓ya力li比bi左zuo邊bian高gao出chu幾ji兆zhao帕pa,這zhe說shuo明ming製zhi動dong閥fa控kong製zhi前qian進jin方fang向xiang的de閥fa芯xin動dong作zuo不bu到dao位wei,通tong油you不bu暢chang。小xiao油you門men時shi液ye壓ya油you流liu量liang小xiao,壓ya力li和he流liu量liang損sun失shi較jiao小xiao,大da油you門men時shi的de壓ya力li和he流liu量liang損sun失shi較jiao大da,故gu而er造zao成cheng前qian進jin時shi向xiang右you跑pao偏pian,後hou退tui時shi不bu跑pao偏pian,且qie大da油you門men時shi跑pao偏pian嚴yan重zhong的de故gu障zhang現xian象xiang。
拆檢製動閥,發現控製前進方向的節流口被雜物堵塞,清洗後故障隨即消失。
