1、兩肩磨痕明顯表明輪胎氣壓不足

5、鋸齒狀磨痕說明前束值不合理
前輪的前束值,是保證機器有良好轉向特性的重要參數之一。前輪前束值可以通過改變轉向橫拉杆的長度加以調整(調整時應注意區分正、負前束)。不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)器(qi)的(de)前(qian)束(shu)值(zhi)不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong),當(dang)前(qian)速(su)值(zhi)偏(pian)離(li)了(le)原(yuan)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi),不(bu)僅(jin)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)輪(lun)輪(lun)胎(tai)的(de)非(fei)正(zheng)常(chang)磨(mo)損(sun),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)使(shi)機(ji)器(qi)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)特(te)性(xing)變(bian)差(cha),甚(shen)至(zhi)使(shi)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)盤(pan)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)回(hui)正(zheng)功(gong)能(neng)部(bu)分(fen)喪(sang)失(shi)。通(tong)過(guo)觀(guan)察(cha)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)輪(lun)輪(lun)胎(tai)胎(tai)冠(guan)鋸(ju)齒(chi)狀(zhuang)磨(mo)痕(hen)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)變(bian)化(hua),可(ke)以(yi)判(pan)別(bie)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)輪(lun)前(qian)束(shu)值(zhi)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)變(bian)化(hua)。轉(zhuan)向(xiang)輪(lun)前(qian)束(shu)值(zhi)變(bian)小(xiao)時(shi),胎(tai)冠(guan)由(you)外(wai)側(ce)向(xiang)內(nei)側(ce)呈(cheng)鋸(ju)齒(chi)狀(zhuang)磨(mo)損(sun);與此相反,當發現胎冠由內側向外側呈鋸齒狀磨損時,則說明前束值過大。(end)
