塔式起重機又名塔吊,作為建築工地、交通物流領域的重要搬運設備,往往承載著大宗機構的重量,這也為其發生傾覆事故帶來了不可忽視的隱患。
一般而言,在作業過程中,塔式起重機高度與底部支承尺寸比值較大,且塔身的重心高、扭矩大、起製動頻繁、衝擊力大,這一切都是造成傾覆的重要原因。因此,塔吊人才網指出,要預防塔機傾覆,最好的辦法還是從以下三方麵入手進行改善:

三、平整塔吊地基,避免軟土、鬆土立機。由於塔吊在起吊時除了要承受自身重力,還要承受重物帶來的壓力,故塔吊基礎不平、地(di)耐(nai)力(li)不(bu)夠(gou)也(ye)是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)傾(qing)覆(fu)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)。因(yin)為(wei),地(di)基(ji)不(bu)平(ping)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),垂(chui)直(zhi)度(du)誤(wu)差(cha)過(guo)大(da)也(ye)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)塔(ta)吊(diao)的(de)傾(qing)覆(fu)力(li)矩(ju)增(zeng)大(da),使(shi)塔(ta)吊(diao)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)減(jian)少(shao)。另(ling)外(wai),塔(ta)式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)在(zai)軟(ruan)土(tu)、鬆土上立機,由於地耐力不夠,特別是起吊重物時無法承受負擔,會導致土層鬆動、機體傾覆,故在立機時,一定要選擇具備足夠承載力的硬土、實土,並注意加固。
